Has helped keep our community safe
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to easily and quickly pull footage for owners, Board members, and local law enforcement is an amazing tool. Installation through our third party vendor was quick and easy. Equipment was receivied in a timely manner. Whenever we have issues, customer service is quick to assist and get a solution going. The Board / Management use this feature multiple times per week.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes gets gritty and slow, but we believe that's currently a WiFi issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being an eye witness to issues in and around the community to slow down theft and trespassing.
Rhombus Camera REview
What do you like best about the product?
The functionality and AI capabilities were beyond expected. The tracking and "same time" multiple camera tracking was also a fantastic feature
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing is high, but the value and capabilities far outweigh the cost.

Love the ease of access
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to access information without going to a main frame system for access. This system affords me the ability for flexibility in using its system and quick availability to access needed information.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a faily new user it has been great to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
when needing evidence the video footage is clear access.
Rhombus - School 360 Cameras
What do you like best about the product?
It allows the ALC Office to be able to rotate 360 degrees in the Main Hallway and Gym area. Also, we are able to zoom in on individuals and name faces for future references if needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have to click on individual cameras to see live view. It would be nice to actively see what's going on in the hallways without clicking on individual cameras.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
None at this time.
After Market Sales
What do you like best about the product?
AI and the ability to seach for facial recognized people of interest.
What do you dislike about the product?
Proprietary cameras that can support other system with remote feeds.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The best feature so far is the facial recognition.
Great experience when paired up with Kisi
What do you like best about the product?
Have found the cameras and more importantly the control panel to be efficient and effective when reviewing access history and logs when paired nicely with Kisi access control. Very happy with our setup and we are progressing with this same setup again for a second office.
What do you dislike about the product?
Haven't found many downsides to this point.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's basically given us peace of mind that our entry points are covered, and we can see who is accessing our floor space.
Rhombus Systems Is Quality
What do you like best about the product?
Tech support with Rhombus has been excellent. All equipment has been user friendly. The app works perfectly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found a downside with Rhombus yet. I will say the door sensors do have the range I expected to sync with cameras.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Rhombus allows us to reviewing incidents and manage properties remotely.
The process from start to finish has been great.
What do you like best about the product?
You can have as many cameras as you want in multiple different buildings and in different city's. The platform lets you have everything all in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see a camera that has the abillity to turn remotly but also has a great vidieo quality. The 360 veiw camera is the most versitle camera for us but the picture quality is not the greatest when you zoom.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to watch the employee time clock. we were having issues with employees clocking each other in and out when they phyisicly were not there.

Getting the product delivered quickly helped our project up and running quickly.

The training provided by Rhombus personnel could have been better.
