Awesome Camera System
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to check our cameras our from off campus. When a camera looses contact with the network I also love how Rhombus automatically starts tryiong to figure out the problem.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would love a mount to hang them from t-frame of a drop down ceiling.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Safety of the students in the school.
good platform for security cameras.

It is easy to download videos to save as a separate file

When needing to review a video quickly, it freezes up alot.

It provides us with video to use as a backup when there is vandalism.

There is nothing that I continually dislike about Rhombus. They are constantly getting better.

Security help as well as compliance.
Very easy to use, does everything you need!
What do you like best about the product?
It's so easy to use. Although there's training that can be taken to learn the system, it's very easy to figure out without the training which I love. I particularly love the various motion sensor categories, such as recognising human or vehicle movement.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is the ability to pick up movement at night when it's dark.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Picking up movement through the night when our business is closed, allowing us to easily monitor any unusual activity.
Great quality and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
I can navigate between cameras really easily. Coming from someone that is not very tech savvy I find it user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it captures too much motion-time

It helps us identify security issues and also track office usage.
Excellent Access Control Software
What do you like best about the product?
It always works. With access control software and hardware there can sometimes be issues with consistency. Rhombus has functioned 100% of the times I have used it since inception.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not a fan of yet another app on my phone, however, rhombus runs in the backround and doesn't bug me with unneccessary notifications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Handing out FOBS or KEYS to all employees. Just a swipe or a wave and you are in!
Great sense security & safety to have Rhombus as our childcare live camera system readily available.
What do you like best about the product?
That is easily accessible via computer or phone live footage.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing of dislike while using Rhombus.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping live surveillance and saved footage daily when there is motions detected.
Great product - can't wait for some of the latest features and updates.
What do you like best about the product?
I like how simple and easy to use it is and the customer support when it's not working as expected. They've been very helpfull in making sure we are up and running and that everything was setup properly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only issues we've had so far are being able to answer the door bell much quicker. People will often ring the door bell several times in a row, which produces a notification each time, but then by the time I answer they are gone or have been let in. If the door opens after getting notiificaions - it would be nice if they cleared or had an indication the person was let in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using the doorbell intercom and multiple cameras on location - it's very helpful to be able to provision access directly to someone's phone vs. a secure card they are going to lose several times. I can have employees let themselves in - or buzz them in as needed - or they can even buzz others in if needed.
It's great and has mostly been working as expected - the wave to access has been less than great lately but anytime people have issues they open the phone and can tap it to unlock.

Would like to see more products Wi-Fi / Bluetooth

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to review issues with video clips from my mobile phone has saved a few trips to the office when alarms are set off in error in the middle of the night.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing comes to mind yet. The system has been very reliable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For our security policy, we require monitoring in our physical office. Rhombus provided a solution that meets all the needs.
