Easy to use solution
What do you like best about the product?
I have experience using several different security camera systems and Rhombus is by far my favorite interface for reviewing footage and watching live feeds.
What do you dislike about the product?
The movement detection feature is not very accurate, but that's not the end of the world.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Need to be able to monitor our building anytime, anywhere.

Very useful on finding information on the spot.

Sometimes there is a delay and buffer at times.

Finding out where packages have been placed in mailroom as well as where packages have gone.
Rhombus Cameras and Access Control
What do you like best about the product?
Rhombus provides great functionality at an affordable cost. The setup of cameras can be done with ease. If a camera goes offline, it continues to record. This is a major benefit of a hosted camera system. Customer support has also been very responsive.
What do you dislike about the product?
The web interface takes a bit of getting used to - some of the functions are not intuitive. There is a delay in the video feed, which is new to our users. We came from an internal CCTV solution so the feeds were a lot snappier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Adding coverage at a low cost when compared to other systems. Rhombus also helps us divest ourselves of internally managed infrastructure.

Very quick to respond and assist when I am running into issues during an installation

I like how easy and user frenidly they are. Also I like how easy it is to install the cameras.

Accountability of who is in our schools and at what time and to make sure the students are safe

Great product with excellent Support
What do you like best about the product?
In terms of use;
Prior to Rhombus, we used an inhouse DVR system that was complicated and mangement could view (when onsite) BUT it often required IT intervention to help find video and save it off if necessary. Since going to Rhombus, management loves its simplcity as well as it "from anywhere" availablity as wel as their ability to quickly find footage and share or store it. We all use this product frequently for not only security, but we also use it for safetly and IT monitoring as we have a device in our server room.
In terms of support, their responsiveness has been excellent. The support team is very responsive, and issues get taken seriously and addressed every time. Never had an issue go un-resolved.

Very Responsive
What do you like best about the product?
The software showing the devices is very easy to us.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not run into any downsides as of yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Providing surveillance of a common area inside an office building that houses a micro-market.
Great Cameras, Customer Support and Platform
What do you like best about the product?
The cloud portal is easy to easy and doesn't require an onsite DVR. The free Apple TV app for our video wall is great.

No complaints - I have only had a great experience so far.
