setup was okay to do just didnt like you had to pry camera from base

Functionality of the cameras. Easy to use, visible from app on phone or computer.

The process wasn't quick. There were some bumps along the way, but the end product has been great. Customer Support was always there to help.

Video security for our self storage facilities.

I really like how easy the cameras were to use. Essentially it was mount, plug, and play.The images are really clear and reliable.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing i didnt like was adjusting the angles of the camera after mounting. There were a lot of screws to adjust/remove. Maybe for security purposes... but otherwise not major issues

the ability to watch from remote locations and replay when incidents happen

It is a great product. Sometimes, we lose signal when we have too many users.

Great system for multifamily highrise
What do you like best about the product?
The features of this system are great and very user-friendly! You can search by color, person, vehicle tag, and vehicle color, which is great when you are looking for something specific. We have almost 100 cameras on site, so we can see pretty much everything going on with a click of a button. Some of the cameras pivot, so that you can see different angles of a certain area.
Our concierge team uses this everyday. We're currently working on adding two-way radio, so that our concierge team can speak through the system from their desk, which will come in handy if we need to communicate with someone in a particular space - without having to leave the concierge desk unattended.

What do you dislike about the product?
If I had to list any downsides, one would be that it's hard finding local partners that can work on the system. While Rhombus customer service is amazing, adding features beyond the initial set up does require some additional help/support. With the way my company is setup, we unfortunately have to have vendors setup in our system before we can utilize their services, so once we do find someone that can work on the system - we have to initiate contracts, insurance, etc. This isn't necessarily an issue if you have the ability to pay someone outright. We do not have that option.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can keep an eye on things without having to leave the desk or hire more people to physically patrol the spaces.
Keep Track of Comings and Goings with Ease
What do you like best about the product?
Upon signing into Rhombus, I can immediately see the most recent faces and license plates detected by the cameras. I can search for a specific person, date, time, etc. easily due to the intuitive setup of the portal. If needed I can bring up a specific camera and watch a live view or create a clip from a certain time frame.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes takes longer than is satisfactory while scrubbing through footage to create a clip. Facial detections periodically need to be corrected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Rhombus helps solve the issue of security and accountability. With Rhombus my company can figure out what exactly happened in any given incident/scenario.

What do you like best about the product?
Comprehensive Surveillance: The system offers comprehensive surveillance capabilities, allowing users to monitor their premises in real-time, receive alerts, and access footage remotely via a user-friendly mobile app or web interface. This has been a God-send to my team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Access Control: After being promised multiple methods for accessing the building, we found that the iPhone "Tap" needs further development and the "Hand Wave" needs further testing and configuration. So our users are left with using a card or fob for access.

It provided us an updated system which we can use to support anywhere in the world.
Well rounded cloud based cameras
What do you like best about the product?
They are adding features all the time which are automatically added to existing cameras. They have heaps of integrations available and APIs mean that the cameras can esily be integrated with other systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
There should be more camera models available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A scalable solution that does not require heavy investment in head end equipment
Couple nice features but not reliable for a live view security setting

The facial recognition and human movement setting are a nice addition.
What do you dislike about the product?
Constant 6 second lag doesn not run smoothly despite having a decent computer system, web based funtions lock up and freeze sometimes causing 5 plus minutes of camera down time that is a security risk for active survielance. The constant freezing and cutting out of the live feed and that 6 second delay is a deal breaker when doing security operations in potential high-medium risk areas.
Also, due to the lag and programing searching recorded footage for something that occured at an unknown time frame takes forever and is an uneeded headahe.
