Seamless security management with excellent visibility and control
What do you like best about the product?
Rhombus has made it incredibly easy to manage our entire camera infrastructure remotely, saving our IT and facilities teams a significant amount of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the platform is extremely reliable, the initial learning curve for configuring custom alerts and zones can be a bit steep. We also found that some advanced features are limited to higher-tier plans, which may not be ideal for smaller organizations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Rhombus is helping us centralize and streamline our video surveillance and physical security across multiple locations. Before Rhombus, managing footage was time-consuming and reactive — now we have real-time alerts, remote access, and easy incident retrieval.
It was very easy to set up, in every way.
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of implementation and use; also the customer support, they were always available

Some features were not available at the trial

AI features to spot usage spots within daycare as well as incident management.

What do you like best about the product?
rhombus has very useful features that are helpful during investigations of on campus incidents.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes clipped footage takes a while to download to share with investigators.

Face recognition of all visitors inside and outside of property .

What do you like best about the product?
Customer service and the app are very easy to use and teach to others. I love that I can unlock the door from home!
What do you dislike about the product?
I had to download two separate apps to enable the wave unlock.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Doors are always locked. It beneifs me because i know who is unlocking the doors.

Its easy functionality, and ability to capture so many angles,

There really aren't any downsides to using Rhombus.

24 hour monitoring which is crucial to our business and day to day operations.
Why I would recommend Rhombus
What do you like best about the product?
We like the user interface and find the system to be very reliable overall. We also like the superior and quick technical support when we have issues with our system, and is a big selling point for us. Being cloud based makes scalability limitless so adding cameras is really easy and painless to install. We also like the alerts when the system is down which is very helpful to us.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think some of the playback functions could be improved and hope they will improve that part over time, it isn't the most intuitive sometimes to navigate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The fact the system is reliable and does what it is supposed to do is exactly what we need. It has proven to be useful on several occasions and reviewing footage is fairly straight-forward. We have added a couple of cameras over time and the scalability is a big selling point for us and look forward to the new features being added over time.

not really everything is good. other than the camera access views

my day to day monitoring time how I can view it.
Rhombus gets the job done and is user-friendly
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can always go back in time to see what is going on in our main library via the cameras that run using Rhombus.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like having to log in with an email code every time I log in...sometimes, I'd like to just get there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have eyes on our doors, our parking lot and in our office now. We can see anything that is going on.
All of your cameras and sites in a single interface. Top-notch tech features are awesome.
What do you like best about the product?
"Single pane of glass" is the best way to put it. Everything is right there. No NVRs, no plugins, no compatibility issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
Registering cameras seems a little flaky at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Browser compatibility issues were the main focus when we moved from Hikvision, Alibi, and Amcrest. Hours spent pulling footage is a thing of the past as well.
