Rhombus CCTV
What do you like best about the product?
The dashboard and functions are easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
We've found no downsides to using Rhombus so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cloud CCTV - We are able to monitor all of our office spaces via one dashboard.
Very Cool technology on an ever-evolving platform that accommodates current and future needs
What do you like best about the product?
Breadth of offering, Usable technolgy with a camera for every application supported by ancillary products such as environmental monitoring, panic buttons, etc.. 24X7 Monitoring available.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't get GUN detection figured out. Need to either buy the source company or package it easily as an option.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing me to solve customer issues while getting paid.

What do you like best about the product?
The user interface of the Rhombus dashboard. It is very easy to find where motion was detected and capture/save/share video clips. Video is of good quality.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike so far. It is important to have good placement for maximum coverage.

Provides video coverage when unexpected activity occurs outside our office building.

Great review of video and surveillance of our offices. Helps us to feel secure. Company is very responsive and fixes anything needed right away. Great customer service.

Very convenient and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
I like the set-and-forget vibe of this product. Very intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
As someone who helps others get set up using Rhombus Key, I think there are some limitations in the clarity of getting it set up.

Security, access to our office, and eyes on our front door
This is still a new system to me but so far it is great.

Very easy to use and manuiver. Very clear and great qualuity.

Nothing as of now. Everythng that I have used it for has been great.

360 angel is sharp and pricess . Always updating

Freezes up sometimes but understanding for anyone that uses it

Great System and Technical Support
What do you like best about the product?
It's capabilities and user friendlieness. Ease of install (Matt is the best). Support is very responsive and solution oriented.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cost. But can you put a price on security? I wish we had it sooner.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's like having a security guard on site. If the settings are optimized, it will do the security for you. No need to have anyone on site.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of install and the ability to see all my locations in the matter of seconds
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing yet. I have used at least 4 other security systems in our market and Rhombus has been the best by far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Safety is number one. But peace of mind has been a primary take away in how Rhombus is benefitting me.
