Great Software. App easy to use, look and find videos, events. AI software is solid.
What do you like best about the product?
App was easy to work with and videos are easy to find. Used weekly to see videos and loss prevention. You will get emails after "something" is detected. Camera hardware was ok and installation was not too complicated. You will need a solid internet conneciton. Overall solid device and software. Support is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cost is a bit high and subcription is required.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Loss prevention. Make reporting of theft easier. Videos are easy to share. Keep better track of inventory of stocked items. Save time from watching boring video for hours.

in my personal opinion, I don't dislike those products, they are amazing

the hidden spot at the comercial building and the control of the peaple who going in and out
Rhombus makes access control easy
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite feature of Rhombus is the ability to deploy an app to our users on an ad hoc basis to access our building. This eliminates the need for key creation and hand out. It also allows me as the administrator to buzz people through doors remotely. This has been a great help when people forget their keys for off hours work.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile app access control piece didn't work consistently at first but that seems to have been fixed with the updates Rhombus has been putting out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Rhombus solved access control for us. We were on an aging system that was a pain to maintain. Rhombus allows us to still use cards for access control but also to use a mobile app. It also gives us the scalability to add cameras and new sites into our security portfolio as we grow.
Easy platform with great customer service!
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is super easy to use from an admin perspective, and the team loves it too! They have awesome customer service with very quick response times.
What do you dislike about the product?
It was a little complicated to incorporate into our new office space as an additional vendor had to be the one to install. Other than that I have no issues!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Controlled access to our space to keep the team safe! People counter is a helpful tool to monitor traffic in our space for occupancy issues. Video surveillance is helpful for the team too!

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of the console is my favorite feature. I also like your willingness to innovate.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of door controller options is a big deal breaker on some deals

It's solving my customers needs of ease of use and quick deployment times on my end

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use has been outstanding. The Rhombus solution has been rock solid and consistently provided valuable insights that have helped us save money. I highly recommend that any company considering camera systems take a serious look at Rhombus. After using their cameras for over a year, I can confidently say it's been a very positive experience.

I do not have a negative option at this time

Our initial camera installation is focused on our shipping areas to monitor activity more effectively. As our system grows it will become more security centric.

Warranty, equipment, support and integrations with 3rd parties.

I think they need more cameras and their own envirnmental sensors.

Multi location streaming and cloud backup. People analytics

What do you like best about the product?
We have been using Rhombus for almost 2 years now and are incredibly happy with the product. Being using the alerts and notifications has help extend our security operation's reach on property. We when have an issue support is quick to troubleshoot and resolve. If warranty is needed it is a very simple plug and play when recieving a new device. Our staff is able to access at any location home, in the field or in their office.

Some cameras have had challenges in the past with severe weather but this seems to be improved of late.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Rhombus extends our reach over our 6000+ acreas of resort land. Alerts help notify of unauthorized activity.
Rhombus makes cloud based cameras easy
What do you like best about the product?
The easy configuration and install of rhombus is nearly unmatched. Their team is incredibly helpful when support is needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface could be improved for viewing multiple cameras.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cloud based cameras are a life saver after decades of using antiquated on prem DVRs and out dated software.

Lack of roadmap and AI features, yearly cost of licensee is another dislike when comparing to products like UniFi
