Ease of Use, Advanced Analytics, and Great Support made Rhombus a No-Brainer
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use was one of the strong points for us. Its user-friendly interface and straightforward setup made it easy for our tech-saavy administrators and made it accessible to our end users as well. Rhombus was a good choice for our project, delivering a combination of user-friendliness, analytics, and great support.
What do you dislike about the product?
There were no real downsides to using Rhombus, but a small to medium sized deployment for us was a bit costly. The cost was absolutely justified in our opinion given the value, quality and longevity (warranty) of the products.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem Rhombus helps us to resolve is comprehensive surveillance of the exterior of our downtown office building including all entries/exits, a street corner, and multiple parking lots. That's three parking lots and seven entries using only seven cameras.
Great cameras and easy to learn console
What do you like best about the product?
The cameras and system offer ease of access wether in the office at home or on the go.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile console is a little hard to use however the app works great!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping to allow our SROs to track and find congestion areas in our schools with students.
Userfriendly equipment for setup and use.
What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity of setup and configuration and the use of the software to retreive capture video instances.
What do you dislike about the product?
Equipment cost, bit on the high side also the zoom feature of the 120 and 200 series not the greates. For face/license plate recognition.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Employee accidents, employee safety, security.
Great Customer Service!
What do you like best about the product?
We use them in Micro Markets and the picture is clear and sharp. When setting the cameras up the customer service is amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have used Rhombus for 1 year now. We haven't had very many issues and when we have they were minor and resolved quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest benefit for us is theft deterent and the indentification of the individual involved in the theft.
Excellent functionality.
What do you like best about the product?
The system is reliable and automatic -- no effort required to capture all vehicle license plates and individuals entering the cul de sac. It has given all those in the pocket a sense of security. The 30-say storage is adequate to cover any incident.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have yet to determine any deficiencies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Rhombus provides a 24/7 sentry for the homes in the cul de sac. It provides a sense o security that was heretofor lacking.

What do you like best about the product?
Rhombus is very user friendly. The app is simple and efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally there can be a delay when using the app to unlock doors, however that doesn't happen often.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed secure door locks as well as increased sight on our property. Rhombus's camera system and keyless entry have made our campus more secure.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of setup and use, the analytics are also awesome!

Cost per device and license and that I must go through a partner to purchase.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Adding cameras to facilities that don’t currently have video surveillance, the benefit is visability to that vfcility.

Theft, assault. We are able to identify trespassed individuals entering the building as well which is a value to our residents.

Sometimes I do not feel like the quality of cameras is well for outside. They get water inside them.
