What do you like best about the product?
They are easy to set up and manage. I like that I can do most of the configuring from the phone, and it's cloud-based. I love the customer support. They provide great service.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn't say I like the back boxes for the cameras because they only provide a 1/2 inch threaded hole instead of a 3/4 inch hole and the access control panel has only one hole per side and not multiple holes with different sizes.

The help with not having to have an NVR, which saves us time and space when installing.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the ability to set up a camera and either live stream or cloud stream footage from various times. The camera's capability and detection settings make it easy to adjust the desired footage. We utilize these cameras in multiple micro markets to minimize theft. Setting up and registering the cameras via the app or from a PC using the Rhombus app is very straightforward. The support provided by Panoptyc could be improved, but they are working on offering more tools. It is also possible to set it up with NVR or DVR-style cameras. In the markets where Rhombus cameras are installed, we frequently use the Panoptyc service.
What do you dislike about the product?
We easily lost a camera shorting out with a tripped breaker.

We utilize the cameras to catch thieves in micro markets.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the Rhombus camera, it has a good internal system, facial recognition, easy installation, very intuitive, it has many specialized configurations. Easy Implemention
What do you dislike about the product?
Despite the very high cost, there are things that are difficult to do directly on the page, one of the things is being able to set an IP within the configurations. Also the issue of not using rdp, even though they have good telephone support, we had to make a recodec of their raw stream, which caused the camera to lose connection, we lost the project, for those two things. The sales staff did not provide ideas for using the API. I would like to have one for future projects

As I mentioned, it was not possible to resolve the issues, we lost the project.
