Great product
What do you like best about the product?
Rhombus was our first forray into the DVR-less camera systems. The process was easy and it allowed us to be online fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
I know I didn't like the interface initially but that's been years. It's worked well since.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to quickly deploy a single DVR solution without a lot of networking equipment. The on-board memory certainly helps.
Robust Platform Replacing Multiple Vendors
What do you like best about the product?
We had been using Rhombus for security cameras for a few years, but had no idea how many additional features were available. We have been testing Rhombus at various locations with great success so far.
What do you dislike about the product?
We were having issues with a few of our cameras and had to contact support. This was the only reason we found out about the cameras and apps needing manual updates along with the other features that were available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The cameras work well and are very reliable as long as the software is up to date. Having access from various platforms and being able to manipulate the cameras remotely is very nice.
Very good to view thefts and monitor your services

Able to monitor your product and easy to flip through cameras

Nothing really, pretty efficient website

It is helping us monitor thefts at a market
User Friendly Camera Montiroing Experience
What do you like best about the product?
The user interace is extremely firendly and super easy to navigate. It makes it very simple for even the most basic/novice user to quickly grab the basics.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can find it difficult to troubleshoot cameras that are experiencing connectivty issues. However I am a newer user to the program, so still learning the ins and outs
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monitoring cameras in one location and utilizing camera feed to capture shrink in locations.
Always great to use and very reliable
What do you like best about the product?
The app is such an easy process with viewing multiple cameras.
What do you dislike about the product?
Buffering or connection issues sometimes but mostly nothing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have theft in our Micromarkets that are unmaned. We get to catch the people that are not purchasing the items.

Monitoring the front building door
Through initial setup to now everything has been amazing.
What do you like best about the product?
Functionality to see all my cameras on one platform, plus door controllers and sensors as well. The features of facial recognition and color match are awesome as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of any dislikes at this time.

Door access control and video monintoring around our school campus.
Unprecedented sight into my security and operations
What do you like best about the product?
The visibility it gives us, and the automation it allows us to develop. From tracking down mistakes, to realtime monitoring. Facial Rec Audit agains time clock punches. Its excellent.

There arent Many, certainly not that I can list.

Exterior building Security, Operations Audits to catch mistakes. TimeClock Audits to verify punches and mispunches.
Powerful platform for video Surveillance

Setup is very simple and its provides AI analytics

to setup this in enterprises will be too costly

we can monitor the footage on our Mobile phones
Easy to Access Video Data
What do you like best about the product?
Rhombus has been a good addition to our site maintenance capabilities and our ability to monitor 24/7. We are able to access video data online with ease on the platform. The video is high quality with ability to create short videos or images to share with others.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a complaint, but your site has to have certain web capabilities that rmay require an upgrade to older existing systems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to monitor who is using trash containers properly, or improperly, and when those containers are being emptied.
