I really like the Rhombus System
What do you like best about the product?
The mobile App is easy to use and convinient.
What do you dislike about the product?
The streaming feature is limited. It does not allow exported footage with the same zoom and fisheye features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Rhoombus we have the option to go back in time and review footage of any incident.

Nothing so far. Service has been extremely repsonsive.

My experience with Rhombus has been great all the way through.
What do you like best about the product?
Rhombus support has been great. But I think I like the viewing and camera tools within the portal the most. Everything is very easy to use and straight forwad. From intergration and implementation all the way to daily use, everything was seemless.
What do you dislike about the product?
The selection or options for outdoor wireless cameras could be better but the model we ended up getting worked fine. I really don't have any complaints outside of that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had no surveillance at our offsite camps we use for classes and outdoor school. Having surveillance not only gives us better of secruity and safety but also gives the parents of the children peace of mind knowning that there's surveillance and a way to watch footage back if something happens.

We are integrators of technological solutions, we like their support and the robustness of their equipment, in addition to the simplicity of the platform to manage.
What do you dislike about the product?
They should have panels for fewer doors and the readers should consider having a reader with a case for outdoor use.

What do you like best about the product?
The platorm is user friendly to review surveillance footage and Rhombus was easily intergrated into my buildings exisiting wiring equipment.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have found Rhomus to be very helpful to my sites.

Rhombus supports the Management team identify unauthorized person attempting to enter our proeprty in downtown San Francisco.

I like all of the capabilities with facial recognition, clarity on zoom options. Easy to use.

System is pricey, however, you get what you pay for.
