Great Experience
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use is the primary reason I like it so much.

Everything works great ! No complaints in my year of usage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to view dead spots on our property that we had limited views of previously.
Almost perfect for our business needs.

High-resolution video quality, possible to identify faces and vehicles, long-range visibility

Lacking voice communication. Potential for network connectivity problems, especially in complex environments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
he camera serves as a vital tool to monitor activities and identify issues when they arise. For example, it allows us to verify and address situations such as a waste utility company failing to show up to remove waste. By providing clear evidence, the camera helps ensure accountability and timely resolution of problems.

eyes on. it help being able to go back and watch videos. we have have traffic times and need to see who was here.
Great camera quality
What do you like best about the product?
The 360 cameras work great and provide easy viewing of various areas in our factory and office locations. The ability to seamlessy clip and download recordings makes monitoring issues extremely easy
What do you dislike about the product?
We previously had some issues with running Rhombus inside of Google Chrome and issues with fast forwading at too high of a speed as it would crash the camera feed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to monitor our factory and office locations and ensure we are operating a safe work environment. We also monitor our parking lots and can keep a close eye on anyone entering our facilities. Rhombus cameras allow us to monitor our production environments and we've been able to capture and record various safety incidents that have occured in the past.
Outstanding experience using Rhombus
What do you like best about the product?
It is very convenient to be able to sign in remotely, from my phone or tablet, anywhere in the world.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything I dislike about Rhombus
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves having a 24/7 set of eyes physically @ the location. Rhombus allows for market placement & monitoring without on site personal present 24/7
Excellent Physical Security Platform
What do you like best about the product?
Rhombus is incredibly easy to implement and use. I have experience with Meraki Security equipment, and Rhombus' cameras are on par or better than Meraki's offerings. Integration is fairly simple, and if you happen to need help, Rhombus' support is top notch! The AI integrations are very helpful, it can tell the difference between a dog and a car, which is more than I can say for other solutions I've tested!
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot come up with anything that I don't like about Rhombus, maybe the color scheme of the console?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need a solution that allows us to easily monitor our premesis for a variety of users. It's exceptionally easy to use for even the least technical users.

What do you like best about the product?
I found the most interesting and useful is what they call. Unusual behavior the camera watches day and day out and learn a study rhythm of what it views and it can alert you to things that just don't fall into this ordinary rhythm. I was shocked by what we would pick up on camera

Subscription based cameras it's always kind of a hard thing to swallow having to pay consistently for camera protection, but all in all knowing that this footage is gonna be there when you need it seems worth the cost

I love the ease of use and to intuitive interface. I love the facial recognition.

Once you get throuhg the learning curve, you can manage easily.

What do you dislike about the product?
I have had a hardware issue where the camera was not online or recording, but the switch showed it as being connected, a few alerts and main issue is occlusion for camera covering and lack of access control options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are solving the need to have somebody monitor the camera 24/7 with correct setup and smart alerts.
