It is nice to have our door access and cameras all on one place a glass.
What do you like best about the product?
It is great to have our cameras and door access all in one dashboard.

The ongoing cost. But that is understandable.

Great platform, faulty cameras
What do you like best about the product?
The software platform is fantastic. It is easy to utilize the settings and make adjustments.
What do you dislike about the product?
The app doesn't have enough abilities to edit schedules. It makes it difficult to navigate quick changes that need to be made.
The cameras are temperamental and faulty. We have had 4 fail within a 6 month period and they are new installations.

Best Surveillance System
What do you like best about the product?
I love Rhombus' AI intergration and facial recognition. We use it daily, especially with the vape detection. Installitaion was fast and simple. Customer support is rapid and very thourough.
What do you dislike about the product?
Training the AI, but once it's trained, awesome!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With the vape detection, we are able to catch students and properly ID them to ensure that our no smoking policies are enforced.
Great platform with easy setup

The easiest of the setup and the reliability.
What do you dislike about the product?
The AI face recognization is not as great at figuring out faces and assigning them to the correct individuals.

We use it for our clinics to monitor secure areas.
Rhombus Cameras in Vending Markets
What do you like best about the product?
Rhombus cameras are very easy to operate and use regularly to capture potential theft incidents and review the appearance of the site you are running.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customer service in situations where there is a problem with the camera is sometimes lacking but luckily, there are few issues with the cameras when placed correctly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Rhombus cameras allow us to have 'eyes' on the market at all times in the palm of our hand. It more importantly, easily detects potential theft incidents that can be sent to the client to handle directly without much dispute that the incident occurred.
Easy to use and integrate
What do you like best about the product?
Rhombus has done a great job of staying open with their partnerships and API allowing us to integrate to meet our customers needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The access control is not yet fully baked, but with their integration with other product like Kissi and Genea allows us to provide a beat in class solution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing customers to use analytics to think outside of the box when performing daily tasks.
Great Experience with Rhombus
What do you like best about the product?
Rhombus is a cloud based camera and security platform. This means it can continually evolve overtime without always needing upgrades to physical devices like cameras. It is easy to access the console and find the video or events you are looking for. Its easy to install the hardware and to manage users and permissions. Customer support has been great when we need it and our sales rep has been a blast to work with. Its loaded with features and gaining more all the time. The employees I talk with that use it every day have been very happy with Rhombus.
What do you dislike about the product?
Biggest downside to Rhombus at the moment is that there is no line crossing functionality. However, this is a feature they are working to implement.

Combining surveillance and access control into one unified system that is easy to manage
Great cams at a great price and very easy to install and configuure

right out of the box you can just plug and play. They also have a great app that you can be looking anytime of day. We already caught a cleaning company stealing from us so already paying for itself.

Nothing it's a great easy to use product.

Rombus is easy to use and access. The system is efficient.

The camera picture is blurry or pixelated and can't see the person clearly
