What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use as both a user and content manager. From a compliance perspective, I like the must-read feature. It's great to be able to highlight important content with the carousel feature. I love the easy-to-use and view org chart feature!
What do you dislike about the product?
Getting our people data in the right setup to utilize all the functions of Simpplr to its fullest. It exposes some gaps in our own data and sets the bar higher for our company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Unites our primarily remote workforce

What do you like best about the product?
I love that everything can be found in one place- instead of having to use multiple platforms, you can find all the necessary information in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that I've been underutilizing it- but that's definietly something that will have to change in the future!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Trying to keep people connected in a virtual first company is always difficult. Simpplr makes it easy to have everything in one spot, so that employees don't have to run between multiple sites to find information.

What do you like best about the product?
The most significant benefits of using Simpplr include the simplicity of creating and promoting content, the social feed that allows colleagues to connect and the ability to target comms.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some explanations of new features are not clear or lack important details. The licensing process with Salesforce is cumbersome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems we had previous to Simpplr that the platform has solved were the inability to communicate important announcements in a timely fashion, difficulty in creating pages, static intranet, lack of connection across locations.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use

Internal change management - and adoption for hourly employees.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Simpplr has become a onestop shop for employees to retrieve information. Having a workforce with both hourly and salaried employees requires us to have a way to reach different populations in a customizable way.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part about Simpplr is the ability to house all our information in one place! With seamless integrations and multiple permission settings, we are able to mee the needs of all our employees without the lift of additional tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a lot on the product roadmap, so we have to wait for the features we are looking forward to, which slows down some of our internal usage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used to have a lot of information hiding in people's google drives or held within specific teams that were difficult to share, so now we can make information more accessible.

What do you like best about the product?
Their team is very supportive and attentive to our needs. Problems are remedied thoroughly and in a timely fashion.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it could integrate with more systems outside our SSO (okta).

Simpplr is bolstering internal communications and strengthening cross-departmental collaboration and communication.

We are still in the implementation stage, but are looking forward to a modern, searchable intranet that can be accessed from a laptop or mobile app.

The set up process requires a bit more than we expected.

1. Helps to transform employee experience.
2. Gives higher management authority to build a social workplace which could be customised for teams and departments.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no downsides but a strategic market awareness should be done in order to make simpplr grow as not many people are using it.
So, lack of awareness we can say.
