Centralized Communications and Employee Experience Hub

What do you like best about the product?
Simpplr is exactly that - it's simple. The site architecture isn't overly complicated, creating content is straightforward, and interacting is clear and easy for all of our end-users. Best of all, the analytics and the insight give us internal communications measurement and employee feedback in a manner we can't track through traditional channels.
What do you dislike about the product?
We'd really benefit from more Microsoft integrations. Additionally, some of the platform support can be tough to do if you don't have a core IT team supporting (Although Simpplr has great articles and step-by-step directions, they aren't always quick fixes). Platform pricing over add-on features would be ideal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Simpplr has centralized communications and brought together our teams across the business. We have "one source of truth" for finding key resources, and our business is opting in to building sites and sharing their information. It also reduces email and extra noise, which boosts our employee experience as they feel less stress trying to figure out where resources and news are located.

Building a Wonderful Employee Experience for our Company

What do you like best about the product?
Simpplr is incredibly easy to use and build effective, engaging and useful content for our employees. We vetted over 10 vendors when trying to land on the best intranet provider for our company, and we are very happy with our choice!
What do you dislike about the product?
We would love better implementation with Box or improvements to the file repository, but overall what is available right now is usable and is working well long-term, would be great to see some improvements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need a much more comprehensive tool to help us connect with employees as internal comms, but also to help them connect with one another. Employees LOVE using our Simpplr instance and regularly share feedback in team meetings, emails, and on the platform itself of how they are growing in collaboration with one another and learning more about the company.

Great tool for a Single Source of Communication

What do you like best about the product?
The streamlined tools make the experience user-friendly for all roles within our company. The support team has been very responsive to our requests and met our needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
There does seem to be limited features at this status of the product. We have a list of feature requests with our support team and are looking forward to the possibilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Simpplr is providing a platform for us to streamline employee communication, provide company updates, and help promote our company culture in one place that all employees can access.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is easy to use and creates content for employees. The vendor is quick to reply with any issues.

The home page and pages in general could have a more modern appearance.

Simpplr helps to get out our internal messaging. This intranet has served as a tool for better engagement and information sharing.

Simpplr Made Our Implementation, Well... SIMPLE

What do you like best about the product?
There are so many things that we like about Simpplr; after an exhaustive search for a new communications tool, Simpplr stood out as a best-in-class platform that would accommodate the quirks of our uniquely-structured organization. However, the things we like best include the ability to segment users based on attributes, the ability to enable SSO with multiple tenants/clients, and the ability to easily reach our employees where they are with a mobile app.
What do you dislike about the product?
There really isn't much of anything to dislike about the platform. However, if we have to share little nits, perhaps it's the system not being able to offer more than one people data scheduler. Also, not being able to duplicate site set-ups in 1-2 clicks could be something, though this is more because of the way we are leveraging the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Simpplr is solving many of the problems we were experiencing with our previous solution. Previously, we had a clunky desktop-only experience with limited SSO capabilities. With Simpplr, we have added an app to reach our employees wherever they are, and leverage our multiple SSO tenants for an easy log-in experience. Previously, admin functions were very manual and required heavy IT or IC support. With Simpplr, we can empower our businesses to manage many of these functions for their areas. Simpplr's auto-governance function will ensure our content stays up to date. But above all else, Simpplr gives us a space for our different business units to customize for what they need, while still uniting us all under the same enterprise umbrella.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to use. It's our company's culture hub.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to see more integration with different applications that we currently use so it becomes an actual one-stop shop.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Love to see the upgrades being made constantly. The team listens to users and makes meaningful enhancements. Keep up the great work!

Intuitive design with great support

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the intuitive design that the tool provides for the end user team. Simplrr's consistent search for feedback from their customers is greatly appreciated. I feel that the feedback is listened to as I see new features constantly being added.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main feature that is missing at the moment is an internal chat tool. I understand that Teams and Slack can be connected, but a native chat tool would be a huge feature for my organization's usage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Simplrr is solving our problem of being able to mass communicate to our field team with a consistent message and branding.

What do you like best about the product?
Love how simple it is and easy to use. Love everyone from Simpplr we've worked with so far.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having a mylinks for employees to customize. Gifs as cover photos. Making tiles customizable per employee. The file pdf view is clunky - alot of wasted real estate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Search, employee engagement and not having to go to web publishing team to make updates.

What do you like best about the product?
Just launched. Search functions, analytics, and AI are game changers for us. Ease of use and mobile app are also a big plus.
What do you dislike about the product?
Implementation has been tough at times. Could have used a bit more hand holding.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
resources and info is searchable. employees are no longer having to dig through emails to find info.

What do you like best about the product?
Lots of integrations. Relatively easy to use. Can be an one-stop shop for needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's very robust, which is great, but it can make things a little over-complicated. Pretty big learning curve for new admins.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Intranet. Location for content to live that is not in email. Reference points for info.
