Simpplr Implementation Experience
What do you like best about the product?
Simpplr exceeded our goal of launching an engaging and visually stimulating intranet experience. Simpplr has elevated our organization's ability to communicate and share important news, events, how-to articles, etc. The site owner user experience is simple and fun to learn and use.
What do you dislike about the product?
We did experience some challenges around user profile mapping. Simpplr is limited in its ability to modify its intake of user data. The Simpplr Implementation Consultant and support team provided some alternative solutions to help us achieve the syncing of our targeted user profile data sets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our previous intranet needed to be updated. It didn't have search capability, and finding the needed information was challenging unless you knew where to go. Our primary tool for communicating essential updates or company news was via email. Emails are more often overlooked or forgotten. Simpplr elevated our communication needs. The site is easy to use and navigate. We have received positive feedback from our user community, and based on analytics, we are experiencing a high volume of engagement.
Great UI and UX
What do you like best about the product?
Simpplr is quite simple to use and straightforward with an aesthetically pleasing UI and easy to navigate, straight-forward UX.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customer support after the implementation process may be a little slower to respond but that could very well be because our implementation team were rockstars and quickly answered all the questions and helped troubleshoot any issues ASAP.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connecting our global hybrid workforce and sharing information across the board.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use in building; centralization of information; the ability to connect pieces of information simply; flexibility with how you can present information; and searchability.

What do you dislike about the product?
Some pieces related to communication have been a bit challenging- it would be helpful to be able to segment audiences within a site, send notifications for leader casts, and have a page published in multiple homes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We previously had dozens of siloed google sites; Simpplr allows for the centralization of information, allowing for an actual source of truth!
Simpplr is the best knowledge and comms solution with a path toward perfection.
What do you like best about the product?
Simpplr is heavily focused on both the user experience as well as the administrative functionality. Many competing projects fall apart in one of these areas. The administrative functionality is great but little though has gone into the U/I. Or, the U/I is great but it's undermined by limited functionality. With Simpplr you get both and it continues to get better.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some limitations in communication specifically in chat/direct messaging.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have an incredibly complex business with a diverse workforce that needs to have a more transparent solution for both the transference of knowledge and more streamlined communication.
Simpplr is an all around great intranet platform.
What do you like best about the product?
The interface is easy to use, it's easy to add new users, it allows for easy communication, and the support is very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really have any dislikes about the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Makes it easy for employees to find all of our latest communications and news about the company.
Clean and Simpple
What do you like best about the product?
Simpplr has been a great tool to communicate effectively throughout our firm. We struggled with finding a single home for all shared content, and making it available to all the right people at the right time. This platform has allowed us to do that. It's very user friendly, but if any level of help is needed the support that they provide is second to none. Any questions, or ideas for new features, are always welcomed and the community they have created is one that I am excited to be part of.
What do you dislike about the product?
This is not really a 'dislike' as I believe it is being worked on, but from an IT perspective, we would like to see more integrations with IT ticketing software, or even built in to Simpplr itself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
From an IT Department standpoint, it has allowed me to create instructions to fix common issues, and a knowledgebase, that can easily be accessed by the whole company, freeing up time to focus on project based work.
Love the tool, keeps getting better
What do you like best about the product?
Sending out information to the company has never been easier. We also use it to store internal proceedures and processes. It makes it very "simple" to get the right information to the right people
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a way to upload permissions by CSV instead of having to assign them manually. It is pretty time consuming for the engineering org to assign out content manager permissions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a tool that wouldn't get so out of date so quickly with information. We move so quickly at my organization that sometimes messages/announcements can be missed and this tool solves it.
Downright Simple
What do you like best about the product?
Sales and Implementation team are top notch! Our rollout process had some bumps, but the implementation team lead by Rob was amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Salesforce can always be tricky with updates and syncing. The views of the dashboard are a little limited, but hopefully that will evolve in the future.

What do you like best about the product?
Simpplr is easy to use and administer. Creating and managing content is easy and has allowed us to centralize content and ensure it is current. Simpplr gave us more value upfront than competitors that made most of the features we were looking for add-ons.
What do you dislike about the product?
There has been dissatisfaction with the search functionality, including the relevance of the results and how the results are displayed. Also, there are limitations with the home dashboard layout options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Simpplr allowed us to easily centralize and maintain the information, allowing us to point our users directly to what they need. Also, the ability to have sites for each department/practice enables us to highlight what the department/practice does and feature relevant information that is accessible with a click.
Simpplr is a great product, and it needs to be expanded
What do you like best about the product?
For the most part Simpplr is very intuitive and flexible. I like the organizational hierarchy and your staff is super helpful and top notch.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that it was slightly more interactive with other internal tools. And I wish that the upgrades were done automatically so that we'd know what version we were on all the time. I also with the new features were included rather than used as add ons.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's our knowledge hub, and intranet. It works very well and allows us to have a base of super users that manage their pages and allows us easy support for those teams and their members.
