What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use interface that employees can engage with -- without training.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having to designate each person as a content manager is cumbersome for a company that values letting everyone contribute.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Federated search is helping us streamline the number of places we look for things. I really hope we can add Slack to the list of places we can search soon!

What do you like best about the product?
Simpplr is an incredibly user-friendly platform that requires minimal prior experience to start utilizing effectively. Upon first login, end users are seamlessly guided through the setup process within the app. I've found that I can easily train most site owners and managers in less than an hour, thanks to its intuitive interface.

The migration team, comprised of Kevin, Mark, and Chris, deserves special mention for their exceptional assistance during our transition from our previous platform. They were not only incredibly helpful and patient but also provided invaluable guidance on best practices, ensuring a smooth transfer of the bulk of our content.

Seamlessly integrates with various elements of our tech stack, including Outlook, Confluence, and ServiceNow.
Federated search functionality simplifies content discovery, while analytics provide valuable insights into effectiveness.
The automated requirement for individuals to validate knowledge content regularly ensures that our content remains current and accurate.
Promoting content is effortless, and the platform offers simple drag-and-drop functionality for content creation, organization, and movement.
Over time, the platform tailors content to individual viewers, enhancing their experience.
Overall, Simpplr has proven to be an indispensable tool for our organization, streamlining processes and enhancing collaboration across teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
One area that has posed challenges for us is the integration with ADP not correctly syncing crucial information for audience segmentation, such as job title, geography, and leadership roles. The fix for this issue isn't simple, took a lot of meetings, and in the end involves working directly with ADP to develop a custom report.

Another area that is less than ideal is that Simpplr is built on Salesforce, which brings with it the requirement to purchase new user licenses in advance - and they have to be purchased in bundles of 50. I think this format is restrictive and requires more work on our end compared to a tiered system that allows for more flexibility and scalability.

Also, while the platform does allow for planning posts in advance, you can't schedule promotion ahead of time. And the mobile app, although functional, could benefit from improvements in usability, as it currently feels a little clunky and managers are unable to make edits directly from the app.

Despite these limitations, for my company the pros definitely outweigh the cons.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Old intranet was not user friendly or integrated with our tech stack, and lacked a mobile option.

What do you like best about the product?
As someone who wasn't heavily involved in the implementation process, I like that it is easy to use. I felt confident going in on my own and building pages for the first time. There isn't a steep learning curve.
What do you dislike about the product?
Implementation is always a difficult process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease of use. Because there isn't a steep learning curve, it's easier for my team to get buy in from other users in the company to own their own sites and manage their content.

What do you like best about the product?
Simpplr provides a platform for one-stop shopping. Our employees can find anything they need from company news to policies. Like it's name, it's truly easy to use. The implmentation went very smoothly thanks to Mark Terifaj. With his help, we launched with every department in our organization represented. He helped each department build their pages, which enhanced the product we launched with and, at the same time, trained our employees how to use Simpplr going forward to keep their pages fresh with new content.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our employees absolutely love Simpplr. There is nothing I dislike about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Everyone receives too many emails. As such, sometimes employees were not reading emails sent out from Corporate Communications or Human Resources. Now we post everything on our new Intranet and employees know they can go there to find important information.

What do you like best about the product?
In terms of the application itself, Simpplr has been a complete transformation of our internal communication capabilities and we love the capabilities it offers for bringing employees together, for sharing information seamlessly, and for helping employees to get what they need quickly. Simpplr's sleek UI is easy and fun, too!

On the client service side, I found Simpplr to be simply phenomenal. When we approached them to ask for extended support with an enormous amount of development work, Kleavin Howatt bent over backwards to get us the perfect resource in almost no time, and reliably followed up to ensure satisfaction throughout this partnership. Mark Terifaj was undoubtedly the best thing that ever happened to our implementation team. He jumped right in, established a great working relationship with our functional teams, and provided forward-thinking recommendations to ensure our intranet design would best meet our longer-term strategic goals as well as our shorter-term objectives. This was an incredibly valuable aspect to Mark coming on to our team, and made all the difference in the early engagement results we have seen to date. What's more is that Mark always went above and beyond any ask to educate our internal users on how to do things in SImpplr while also sharing best practices to help us make informed decisions in line with industry standards. What a gift Mark has been!
What do you dislike about the product?
It's easy to use, intuitive, and offers a lot of functionality. If i had to list something I'd say error messages can be unclear.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Simpplr allows us to have searchability of content, videos, more engaging content, and analytics, none of which we had with our previous home-grown intranet.

Seamless integration of Lantheus Central

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Simpplr is a user-friendly platform that is allowing us to communicate and connect with employees in new ways. Our project manager, Mark Terifaj, was incredibly helpful to our Corp Comm team and all of our Lantheus Central site owners and mangars as we built 34 sites on our new intranet to enhance productivity, engagement and collaboration across the organization. I joined the team in September and having the support of a project manager like Mark was incredibly helpful in quickly teaching me how to manage and post to the platform as we headed into launch in November. With Mark's help, we had a successful launch!
What do you dislike about the product?
I would recommend a few tweaks to how the newsletter template is set up. It would be helpful if it was not just one long page of content as well as if you could share it on the platform without having to email it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our new intranet platform via Simpplr is revolutionizing our operations by fostering a more cohesive and interconnected global workforce. With enhanced communication, collaboration and knowledge-sharing capabilities, the intranet will significantly elevate productivity and employee engagement, creating a positive and transformative impact on the organization as a whole. What do you like best about the product?
Our customer success manager is awesome, continually providing us with strategies to enhance our experience and maximize the use of the system's features, while also ensuring regular follow-ups. The team consistently shares information with customers, from how-to guides to best practice articles, all available on their support page that is very user-friendly and easy to navigate.

The system's look and feel is awesome! It boasts a very modern user interface, with a look that's similar to platforms like LinkedIn and Facebook, making it very inviting.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally, the loading process may take a bit longer than expected, and there might be some minor glitches. However, once we submit a ticket to Simpplr, the issues are promptly addressed and resolved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It consolidates all our internal content into a single, centralized location, making information access and management much more streamlined.
The platform is visually appealing, which enhances user engagement and makes navigation more enjoyable.
It integrates seamlessly with other platforms, enabling us to easily distribute pages and newsletters directly to Slack Teams and via email, improving our communication efficiency.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part about Simpplr was our key implementation partner, Mark Terifaj. He was a true member of our team and played a pivotal role in developing the content for our site and launching our companywide intranet. Mark's expertise and dedication significantly improved our internal collaboration, which ultimately led to our finished product, a best-in-class centralized hub for communication, collaboration and knowledge sharing. Just a few weeks since launch, our new intranet is already cultivatng a more cohesive, efficient and interconnected work force, amplifying productivity and employee engagement across the entire organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
Simpplr is night and day from our previous intranet. We love it but would love to see advancements for social campaigns and newsletter functionality.

Anyone can quickly design intranet sites and pages with Simpplr

What do you like best about the product?
End-users don't need any help with it. There is no learning curve. Anyone can make a site/page and post content, immediately, with no training required.

As an administrator, I'm yet to receive a question, complication, or difficulty with any functionality, from our user-base.

It has just enough to get full-functionality of a website/webpage without hitting any complicated spots of web-design.

It is just as easy to create a Simpplr page, as it is to compose a word document.
What do you dislike about the product?
The URLs are "ugly."

Even if the consumer needs to purchase a public domain and set it up so that the URLs aren't "simpplr" and instead specific to their company/owned domain, the yearly fee is nominal.

People don't like seeing simpplr.vf.force.com anywhere in the URLs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
People have information on their laptop hard drives that needs to be accessible to the general public, but there is no easy way for them to share it.
Simpplr makes it so that they can share that information, without any web-design skill, or time-consuming requests to and from the IT department.

What do you like best about the product?
The global search feature is super helpful and is widely appreciated by employees. The ongoing support resources and trainings from Mark were extremely useful!

Sometimes there are slight lags when uploading big images/files. Other than that - the system has been fantastic!
