What do you like best about the product?
Getting insights into other teams work, recognition, upcoming team events and success stories.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I don't have the time to create the content. But not too much of an issue as other people can add to our team page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visibality of work by teams that don't always cross over.
We use Simpplr for our work intranet site and in my experience it is a fantastic platform!
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to navigate and I've also had experience with raising a Simpplr supoprt ticket - I found the team to be incredibly responsive and very knowledgeable.

I haven't personally experienced anything negative.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides us with a solid platform to use for our company.

Easy to use, easy to build, intigrate and navigate. Great to track engagement. Source of truth for our business.

You are unable to download a report of which users have viewed which page/post.

Mass communication across the business. Celebrating business wins. A hub for all information stored in one place.

Central Location with any/all information I need relating to the wider business

What do you like best about the product?
I love the way it brings the whole organisation to one digital space, allowing us to celebrate our wins together. Really user-friendly as well!
What do you dislike about the product?
There's no live chat feature that you can ask suport questions to and get answers immediately.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Before Simpplr, we didn't have a common place to celebrate wins.
- Before Simpplr, we struggled to share material with everyone, opting for group emails/chats which don't have the same impact.

Simpplr has changed the intranet game
What do you like best about the product?
The whole end to end process was made easy with the support of Vlad and the functionality is easy for all staff to use and contribute to.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not everyone can be site managers to upload content which is sometimes helpful on specfic pages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We now have a central location for resources and company updates that everyone can locate quickly and efficiently.
This has been a great addition to the business

It has helped us to give shout outs to members of the team, organise training and HR documentation and in doing so, has made my job a lot easier.

It took a while to build the platform but now it is up and running it is great.

It is helping us to organise all relevant business documentation and training.

Simpplr is great for recognising high peforming employees, sharing company wide updates and accessing company policies and resources

No notifications when people from your team are tagged in a message

Review of Simpplr
What do you like best about the product?
Simpplr has changed the way we communicate within our business, providing our teams with a central resource of information. It is very user friendly and the Simmplr team are very easy to get hold of for any technical issues we may be facing. Updates are often and the platform seems to be evolving every month we are on it. We use our intranet daily and it has changed the way we communicate certain information.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few feature requests that it would be great to see Simpplr create - such as the ability to tag set 'groups' as opposed to individuals. Also to make 'must read' content for only certain individuals.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A lot of the company-wide emails we used to send now sit soley on our Intranet. It has also allowed teams to access information incredibly easily, such as Learning and Development content.

What do you like best about the product?
Our team loves Simpplr for a one-stop-shop for all team member information, benefits, guides and recruitment.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm excited to see upcoming features that Simpplr is embedding. We would love to have rewards linked to our recognition in the program.
