Most organized implementation ever!
What do you like best about the product?
I work as an internal Project Manager at my company. I support business teams throughout our company with project execution, frequently implementing new applications and working with vendors. Working with Simpplr was, hands down, the best implementation experience I've had. Their plan doesn't miss a step, and made my job so easy. They empower the business to learn and take part in the implementation process, and the implementation team at Simpplr had an answer and supporting resources for every question our team could dream up. As far as implementation goes Simpplr gets it so right and makes it very easy for their customers to set up a great intranet quickly. I'll also add that the application itself is fantastic. It's easy to use and our entire team started using it immediately. We love our new intranet.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, this was a dream implementation, I have no complaints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our goal in implementing Simpplr was to consolidate our employee communications and to have a place where our staff could connect socially in a virtual environment. Although, we were planning to implement this regardless it has a been a great plus to have our site up and running while we're all still working remote.
Good Corporate Intranet Platform
What do you like best about the product?
Simpplr is easy to use. Employees had no issues picking it up. Implementation was straightforward and the Simpplr team walked us through everything step-by-step.
What do you dislike about the product?
While there are customizable components of the platform, its general feature set is pretty rigid and standardized.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating a single source of truth for employee communications. This platform was the one that could help us best do this.
Simpplr Makes My Life Simpler
What do you like best about the product?
Simpplr is easy to use, manage, and love! Some of the features I love include analytics, customizable tiles, out of the box solutions, must-read content, private and unlisted sites, content governance, and much much more.
What do you dislike about the product?
There have been a couple technological glitches since implementation, but other than that it's been a smooth ride. Duplicate sites, event calendar, and email notifications have given us a bit of trouble, but nothing too damaging.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Simpplr our company did not have a single landing spot for information, corporate information, and other needed information. Simpplr is helping us pull our company together as one team while dispersing information in a much more effective way.
Zoox/Simpplr Intranet Review
What do you like best about the product?
The best features are the social elements of the intranet, the possibility to interact with other employees, the organization of the sites and content, the flexibility of customizing profiles and the administration tools which makes it 100 times easier to manage the application schedulers and integrations.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some features that are currently in the backlog for Simpplr, such as being able to persists a cname URL and the ability to select hyperlink colors intranet-wise, but these are pretty minor!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Simpplr provides the possibility for a one-stop shop intranet for all employees. It helps improve communication across the organization and departments and focuses on the user experience.

What do you like best about the product?
One of the best things about Simpplr is how easy it is to use. There isn't much of a learning curve because it incorporates a lot of elements similar to social media platforms everyone is already familiar with.
What do you dislike about the product?
We only just launched Simpplr with our company, so right now, I don't have any comment on what I don't like. Our users seem to love it so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've always had a really great company culture, but our company is growing, so we needed something to help streamline communication with employees and maintain our culture, especially since our employees are spread out across the country.
Simpplr - Great User Experience
What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to use and learn. The user interface is appealing and draws in the user.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish there were more formatting options for the text.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Employee Engagement and communication. Our utilization and adoption is fantastic, so we are achieving both.
Easy implementation!
What do you like best about the product?
Setup was very simple. Content creators of all skill levels have been able to create and manage sites. Our users have been very receptive to the initial launch.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unable to implement with existing Salesforce org. I understand why that is the case (our company deals with PHI and it would be a security risk). It has made login somewhat challenging for certain users because they now have two Salesforce logins.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating a much easier to navigate central hub for our entire company. Prior to Simpplr, we had been using a Google Site for a pseudo intranet with tons of random shared folders and docs in Google Drive. It was very difficult for users to find specifically what they were looking for. Now we are able to funnel users towards the information that they need in a very easy to view format.
Quick and easy route to communication success!
What do you like best about the product?
Simpplr gave us every feature we needed, and has been adding more great features over time. The onboarding and setup processes were excellent, and support has been there for us every step of the way. Our account manager has been instrumental in ensuring that we achieve success, and we have built a great working relationship.
What do you dislike about the product?
The analytics feature does not currently support the metrics from users of the native mobile app, so I am hoping to see this added in the near future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a solution to improve communication across our office and field teams - one that would feel like social media to keep everyone engaged, regardless of their technical ability. Simpplr gave us that and a whole lot more!
Exceptional experience even for for a newbie

From the sales process throughout implementation, Simpplr was excellent to work with. As the project lead, and someone who has never implemented an intranet before, the experience was easy and straightforward.
After months of researching various platforms, we decided on Simpplr. The overall look, features, ease of use and security checked all the boxes. Simpplr sales worked with us when an unexpected internal issue arose that could have derailed the entire project. And as for their implementation support... it was fantastic. Again, nobody on our end had launched an intranet before, yet we were still able to do it in approximately eight weeks thanks to effective project management on our side and steady, responsive support and guidance on the part of Simpplr. We had one technical hiccup, but the Simpplr team researched and fixed it within a short period of time and it didn't slow down the implementation.
The platform itself is easy to learn and use. It looks modern and allows for a lot of customization through graphics. There is a good balance between the information and social features. Creating and editing content is a breeze, and there are multiple ways to engage users.

What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I recommend is regarding the page photos -- allowing for more sizing options or being able to use two different images for the different sized areas would be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Culture, access to company information and social interaction between employees is so important. Company growth and COVID made maintaining those more difficult than in the past. Simpplr will help in all of those areas, keeping employees connected and informed.
Amazing tool for creating and maintaining our company's Intranet!
What do you like best about the product?
Simpplr makes it easy to create a clean, informative and professional internal intranet site that builds value for our employees. Creating content and maintaining the site is easy and straightforward. It's been a great "central hub" for communicating policies and sharing resources with our employee population during this uncertain time. Our Customer Success Manager has always been available for any questions or tech support, and has been a great thought partner in building content and promoting adoption of our site. We've gotten extremely positive feedback from our employees on the value the intranet adds to employee experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
No cons- everything is going well so far!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We recently worked through an integration with Simpplr/Workday, which brought up a few tech issues. The Simpplr Support team and out IT team were able to resolve those and we now have a fully functioning integration.
