Best Intranet Solution for Small medium and large cap companies
What do you like best about the product?
Most of the intranet companies in the market provide the same platform but I like the product functionality and performance compared to other products available in the market. Also, it has an impressive product roadmap and future vision with a strong customer-focused.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is some lack of functionality regarding how alerts are sent out and how it integrates to certain systems like google calendar/google docs. Not happy with newsletters integration. I feel it much difficultly to manage back-end updating of employee titles, etc. in the People section it could be enhanced to make out life easier. Google Calander did not work sometimes
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is the platform to bring scattered information in the org into a single place with a fantastic homepage especially when the workforce is in a hybrid model. It proven ROI for us
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Just try once for 14 days trial and you would see the return of Investment for sure
Easy to use & intuitive!
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to access and navigate through the organizational chart, contacts, and find company related documents and applications. The mobile app is a plus.
What do you dislike about the product?
None. As a user, there I find this tool easy to use and helpful.

Improved communication through an intranet site for employees to access company information, processes, and templates.

What do you like best about the product?
Everything's pretty easy to find, and where I expect it to be. Pretty intuitive to use.

I can't think of much. Haven't had any bad experiences

Getting information to people, making sure everyone's caught up with the material they need.
It’s Simpplr-ly easy to use!
What do you like best about the product?
It's a great platform to connect with all employees across the organization. I learn about new hires, department news and even birthdays. I've gotten to know my coworkers better during remote work.
What do you dislike about the product?
No real issues. It's one of the best platforms I've used!

It's a very user-friendly communication tool that has made my work life a lot easier! It's been a great addition to the digital workplace
Very helpful for remote teams
What do you like best about the product?
I'm at a fairly large company, so there's a lot of information and content. I like how the search function works, and it saves me a lot of time without having to toggle back and forth between knowledge systems. I also like how easy to use the org chart is - it helps me understand who sits where.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a big deal, but it would be interesting to launch custom apps from the dashboard.

Simpplr helps build company culture
What do you like best about the product?
Our top priority was finding an intranet that reflects our company culture – Simpplr has a modern and sleek look that does just that. The platform encourages and promotes employee engagement by creating a dialogue between employees and leadership. It also has robust data analytics that provides insight into usage and effectiveness. Pulling reports to discover the most popular content and gauge engagement is easy. Simpplr is also available on a mobile app which is such a bonus with our distributed workforce
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few minor features that would increase the platform's usability (such as being able to easily move a piece of content from one site to another without having to create a new page). But overall, there aren’t any major flaws that I have encountered yet. The support team is helpful, and the company seems to address any significant issues promptly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a platform that is accessible from anywhere and on any device, and Simpplr was the answer! It's an easy-to-manage intranet and integrates well with our other tools to create and build content with relevant information.
Easy to access from anywhere!
What do you like best about the product?
The mobile app is easy to set up and ensures that all of our employees receive the same information even when they’re on the go.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing is missing from this product that I can think of!

We needed a platform that could be accessible from anywhere and on any device without a firewall and Simpplr was the answer!
User friendly, very organized information
What do you like best about the product?
Dashboard on home page makes it easy to navigate to commonly used pages and see content that is most relevant to you. Featured Sites widget is very helpful as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think this is less of a critique of Simpplr and just a result of being at a very large organization, but there is SO much content it can be hard to feel like you know how to access everything.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Nice to have everything in one place. Benefits of saving/bookmarking your pages is very helpful. All the learning resources are grouped together so it makes it really nice to see all resources available in one spot, as we have various learning platforms.
Simpplr: We LOVE It!
What do you like best about the product?
We've used Simpplr as our intranet provider for a little over 3 years now and our employees love it! As the main intranet manager I find it really easy to work with and train other users on. The constant updates and features are a fantastic bonus - every new update brings a QOL feature I never knew I needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few quirks that we ran into while setting up our intranet, but nothing that is groundbreaking. I would say the most disliked thing (and I'm grasping at straws here) is the number of permissions available. Although a benefit, we've run into the issue where people are unsure of their roles and what they entail.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted to make our intranet the single source of truth, and with the platform, we're able to accomplish just that. With the built-in auto-governance features, we can make sure all of our content is relevant and up to date with the current times.
Great Intranet
What do you like best about the product?
My main landing page is clean, easy to navigate, and intuitive. Everything I need to navigate my company, from branding standards to company holidays, are right there and if I don't see what I'm looking for right away the search functionality is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing that I dislike about Simpplr. All the content I need is right there in a visually compelling format. It's great!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Up to date content is in one place, not a bunch of places so I know where to go when I need something. I also see updates on what my colleagues are doing, new hires that have joined the company and more. It helps me feel connected and current on what's going on.
