Easy to use and engaging
What do you like best about the product?
I like Simpplr because it has a nice UI that is easy to use. The 'roles' allow for team members to easily update their sites/content and push notifications ensure everyone gets the message when something is posted.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile app could be a little better as it takes a lot of scrolling to get what to you want to view.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Simpplr is connecting remote employees and driving engagement across teams/departments.
Excellent employee communications and engagement tool
What do you like best about the product?
We have found Simpplr to be a great tool for employee engagement and communications. I like how easy it is to use and navigate using search.
What do you dislike about the product?
We only wish that the file management system was a bit easier to navigate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For us, Simpplr is connecting employees who are working in multiple locations to each other and driving engagement across work streams. We see a lot of people reading the content.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is a great tool to increase employee awareness of corporate projects and objectives, engagement and conversation, and to support general employee communications objectives.
Easy for anyone to use!
What do you like best about the product?
Simpplr is easy to use and set up. The implementation team makes it fast and simple to set up the platform and provides adequate training (only need 1 hour) for employees to use without any direction!
What do you dislike about the product?
The support team is very helpful and responds in a timely manner when you have any questions or concerns which is great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Simpplr has made it simple for our organization to have a proper intranet to share internal news and updates in a quick and painless manner.
Great addition to our digital workplace
What do you like best about the product?
All of the Simpplr features make it a wonderful tool to have in our digital workplace. We have seen an increase in engagement from employees and creation of more useful and beneficial content.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing comes to mind. Easy to function.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We didn’t want a large team or a single dedicated person to administer our intranet. With Simpplr, we have a small governance team that needs little training and they’re able to properly utilize and create new content for our workforce.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how easy it is to navigate and understand the system.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the formatting options are limited.

Internal communications and employee engagement had improved since LLS switched over to the DROP.

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to integrate third-party platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
Inability to choose pullquotes for top content.

Time lost on searching for information.
Engaging Intranet
What do you like best about the product?
Pros: It’s great connecting with my coworkers on a personal level on the platform by seeing video and picture updates. With Simpplr, we’ve seen an improvement in workplace culture and productivity since employees know where to go for updates.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cons: Would love to see some more features when it comes to page and content creation to customize the look.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Overall: An intranet engages the organization’s employees and helps everyone find important news, and relevant updates, and has an active directory to connect staff with the right person. It’s improved our workplace culture, especially being remote these days. We’re able to connect with each other in a different manner and still maintain those coffee break conversations.
On-time, on-budget Intranet Implementation
What do you like best about the product?
The name says it all. It's a very straightforward system which allows for rapid development of content and ease of use for non-IT people. Our implementation team was there to guide us throughout the process and ensured we had all the resources and we needed to roll out the system. They were always willing to go the extra mile to ensure we kept our project on schedule.
What do you dislike about the product?
Features to customize pages and content to the finest detail (e.g., css changes) are not available. It was not an issue for us, but is not supported in the system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had a 20+ year old intranet with content that had not been changed in years. We are trying to engage our employees better and eliminate mass email communications.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
While I highly recommend using this product and it was very easy to rollout, having content is key to success and no system can overcome a lack of good content.
Simpplr Usage via Unity
What do you like best about the product?
Simple and easy to use interface; easy to navigate and identify various resources. The structure of materials is intuitive and requires minimal onboarding to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing so far that I've disliked about this experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am utilizing Simpplr as my employee resource intranet as well as leveraging it as a portal to house documentation relevant to my business unit.
Simpplr is better!
What do you like best about the product?
Simpplr is an easy-to-use, easy-to-understand tool. I love that when end users login, it's very easy to navigate to get what you need. And if you have more advanced users, the tool also can satisfy their needs. It's adaptable for level and understanding, and works for everyone!
What do you dislike about the product?
As part of the team who helped onboard the tool for our company, it was challenging to understand all of the back-end and all of the features. On the plus side, I feel like we're learning everyday, and finding more great features that fit all of our diverse teams' needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're lessening the noise around company communications and streamlining information. We did not have an intranet previous to Simpplr, and we've already noticed significant time-savings for our teams (at the core of business communications) and are looking forward to expanding to more teams.
