What do you like best about the product?
Ability to post, collaborate, share, relate to co-workers, and learn more about events and topics across different departments.
It also can connect to multiple applications and be the one-stop shop for employees to find information within your Organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
The search and notifications are not as effective as Google search; hopefully, they are working on improving it to take full advantage of the content on the site

Bring your teams together

What do you like best about the product?
Simpplr intranet helped bring our teams from coast to coast together. It's not only a great social platform for the company, but it also is a great host for company resources. We have how-to guides, pages & articles, user profiles with contact info, events, and tons more. Many new employees use it not only as a resource for information but also to learn more about fellow team members by browsing their profiles.
What do you dislike about the product?
The backend of Simpplr is used for user management (adding/removing employees & licenses) with a separate website. It would be easier if this process was integrated directly into the front-end interface, so we don't have to toggle between the 2 websites. When we remove an employee, there needs to be a better way to remove their name from the entire system, so their profile doesn't show up as the "owner" of a file or publisher of a page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Simpplr helps bridge the gap between our teams, which are split across the United States. It's a great space to keep all company resources and training documents.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful element of the Simpplr Platform is the Okta SSO, Office365 and Slack integrations, which allow employees quick access to the tool and accessibility to the content they care about. Employees can also engage in the published content from Simpplr through downstream applications such as Slack. We think of Simpplr as the Grand Central Station for access to all our company information.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the Simpplr platform would benefit from having more capabilities in terms of Enterprise Search. Being the single source where employees can get answers to their questions on any internal company information from other SaaS applications such as Workday or webhooks from any knowledge base would increase search usage overall.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The platform is helping us solve the problem of having information and content scattered across multiple apps in one place. We are seeing more engaged employees from different parts of the company that we ever had before because its consolidated in one spot now.

Easy to Use | Makes a Huge Impact Across the Business

What do you like best about the product?
Simpplr is so much more than an intranet. It's a way for people to connect and engage with the business and with each other. It's easy to get started, easy to organize, and it's FUN! Simpplr is clean and crisp, with thoughtful tiles that help guide users to the information they need, when they need it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because our company uses multiple email domains, there are some features like Google Drive and Calendar integration that won't work for us. This was disappointing to learn, but the team was quick with a workaround while they work to resolve the issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a hugely dispersed workforce, Simpplr connects us. It's easy to share information and push notifications through various channels in order to interact with employees wherever they are.

What do you like best about the product?
As a new employee at my company, the Simpplr tool has been extremely helpful in my onboarding process! The platform has helped me learn more about my company, my colleagues, and the company’s organizational chart. I love how all-important company updates lives in one place, and I can easily search for any information I need. Overall, I would say this is an essential tool that every company should have to help their employees stay connected and up-to-date!
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no dislikes about Simpplr. It is pretty good overall.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Simpplr has helped me be informed about all important company news. Also, it helps me understand the roles of colleagues, allowing me to know whom to go to when I have questions about a specific topic.

Excellent Product and Support Team

What do you like best about the product?
The experience with Simpplr has been positive from the start and I would highly recommend them: they have a dedicated team to help with launching intranets, an account management team, and a support team that is always there to assist you swiftly. Great technology with great people behind it!
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say very few things: the fact that it operates on Salesforce makes it a robust tool, but at the same time, it makes it dependent on Salesforce and its terms and conditions. They are rigid when it comes to licensing: You can add licenses anytime, but cannot remove licenses except once a year before contract renewal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allowed our organization to create internal pages for departments, and an internal search engine that made information more searchable and more accessible. People love their foods: the move visited page is the cafeteria menu!

Good foundations with lots of potential

What do you like best about the product?
Simpplr is built on Salesforce, and leverages various Salesforce features that allow it to develop, scale better than on a completely homegrown foundation.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Salesforce provides a great foundation, there are also limitations that come from this dependency. We have a list of important feature requests, waiting for those to enhance our employee experience even more on our intranet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Providing a central, social, attractive looking intranet is key for us and to a large extent Simpplr is helping us to have that.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the clean design of the platform along with how easy it is to onboard any stakeholder regardless of their background/experience level. Piece of content have a lot of leeway for what you can add/feature + are easy to update and keep current.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there are some opportunities for customizability when it comes to the Simpplr platform - such as dashboard layouts, what you can add to carousels, and I would say that some of the premium features feel a bit expensive for things that should be available to all users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Simpplr is helping us work towards a communication gap solution that is prevalent throughout our entire company. There is a large disconnect between our leadership team + their goals and our "everyday" employees.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Simpplr is how easy it is to use. The more time you save your employees and content creators, the more likely they are to engage with the platform.

It could improve in analytics around Employee Resource Groups.

Simpplr's search is powerful and has multiple integrations with key tools. This makes it easy for employees to find what they're searching for regardless of where it lives.
