Excellent experience all way around!
What do you like best about the product?
We've been able to connect our fragmented team through Simpplr and the process to get us there was easy and straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
I was disappointed that we had to pay extra for native video but it's a feature that has created a lot of value for our organization. I think this should be offered as part of the basic subscription.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reaching out field based associates was a challenge. Simpplr has resolved that for us! We no longer send hundreds of emails to communicate to our teams!
Solving all communication needs
What do you like best about the product?
its a great application for connecting people across organizations. It is very useful for collaborating with the team and instantly sharing files, documents and messages instantly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The software works very well for our organization, however personally i feel, the UI could be a little user friendly and i also receive frequent error messages which can be fixed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps with connecting and collaborating with team. It is useful for solving employee engagement needs and also helps in employee communications.Managing intranet becomes very handy with Simplrr. I would suggest it to other users.

How useful it is to our employees. they love having all tools of success in one place

Navigating could be easier. Various ways to log in are provided but our organization doesn't utilize them

We still have outdated files that have been deleted but are still appearing in the search bar. they put in a ticket to assist further

What do you like best about the product?
Allows a central location for all employees to find the information they need, and the ability to interact.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not a dislike but maybe a shortcoming?? Need the ability to expand on the templates avaialable.

Provides the ability to navigate the organization efficiently without a lot of wasted time!
Organized our site content and improved department wide communications and collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use to create/edit and manage site content in a real-time manner. Ability to share content and build unique site content that shows the personality of a department.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile experience lacks basic features to edit / manage. In addition, it would be great to have the features of a dashboard level at the site level. The site level pages are too basic and should look and behave like the main dashboard.

Sharing / manage procedure and process documentation.
We love Simpplr! It's our source of truth
What do you like best about the product?
We love that it's easy to use and it's easy to create content on the platform. Simpplr makes it easy to distribute organizational news and updates . We also love using Simpplr for our executive posts and mission stories. Simpplr is our one-stop-shop for employee news.
What do you dislike about the product?
We would like to see more flexibility in terms of customizing the Slack integration feature. The way that it shows right now is that it shows as coming from "Simmplr" rather than the name or logo of our intranet. We don't use this integration because it will confuse our team members.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Simpplr is helping our organization create a centralized hub for consolidating communications, policy information, and information on company events. Prior to Simpplr, we didn't have a streamlined way of doing all of these things in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use and simplicity of users being able to navigate and find information.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some layouts and tiles are limited to certain configurations. Not able to add custom jQuery javascript code to create a custom user experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Simpplr Intranet to make information and resources available to employees. Users can visit the site and find the specific information they are looking for based on subject and department. Users also can create and update their own Simpplr site.

Simpplr is easy to use and receptive to feedback. Our team is excellent!

All the features are very basic in the core product. It does everything well, nothing spectactular.

Connecting worldwide employees and driving engagement. It helps to have a place to store information and news.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were searching for a platform that would serve as a primary intranet, but also integrate with certain work and collaboration tools. Simpplr does that. We have been able to connect multiple databases for content access through Simpplr’s search utility, and that has been a game changer for us.
