Waste of time and money for any more complicated project than a simple survey
What do you like best about the product?
the price was good and was my mistake - I believed the app was serious enough to be able to create a quiz
What do you dislike about the product?
Why this app has so many positive reviews, no idea. It has plenty of issues that don't work - once you try to create anything more complicated than a short survey. One technical problem is chasing another, Wordpress plugin doesn't work, and with customer service not helpful at all, it's a waste of time and money (actually they're only trying to get rid of you).
They changed the list of features just when I was making the purchase and claimed it was my problem. Great! No feature, money wasted!

It is not solving, it is creating problems as the app has many flaws and errors

What do you like best about the product?
I help entrepreneurs who have small and medium-sized businesses gain visibility and more revenue online, so I'm always analyzing the market for tools that can help grow my business and, consequently, my clients. I can say that after a lot of research, I chose Formaloo due to the quality of the solution and technical support. Without a doubt, QUESTIONNARIES that offer customization and logic are the future in generating new qualified leads and FORMALOO is the right choice.
What do you dislike about the product?
To get the most out of the tool you must study its resources well, so I have no complaints, as they offer a large number of videos on YouTube to help with the learning curve and get the best of the resources offered.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
He helped me create questionnaires to target content according to my customers' pain points, meaning I can offer the right product to the right person based on the customer's response to the questionnaire.
A must have for those looking to build beautiful and powerful forms, apps, and surveys.

There are so many things that I like about Formaloo, the top are the beautiful interface, the ease of use and the versatility of the platform.

So far there is not anything that I can mention, however, I will update in this changes.

It saves me a lot of time in building custom apps that are powerful and deliver an incredible user experience.
Good app, But super bad support and more!

The multifuncionality to create different apps - all in one place

The workflow is a nightmare, it's all over the place and the UI is little unresponsive and not intuitive. But the cheer in top, is the bad support service, you wait days or weeks until they reply or help you.

What do you like best about the product?
The fact that I can create a quiz that allows so many responses, without charging for it, is something I haven't come across with any other program. The smootheness of creating quizzes, the modernness of their look, and other features such as being able to have multiple outcomes, has made this such a valuable resource for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
The process in which statistics is used to calculate multiple answer outcomes doesn't function in a way that makes sense. It took multiple days to figure out how to set up a complicated outcomes quiz; it would be helpful if this feature functioned in a more standardized way, or perhaps even if more in-depth video guides were created to support users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allowed me to meet my needs without having a budget to do so. It contained many features that were simple to use and enhanced my surveys.
The product is great, the customer support is terrible.

Statistics on the number of responses when choosing a number on a scale. Failed to transfer the email from a user form to the questionnaire. The notification email worked for a while and for the past 2 days, nothing.

When trying to see the templates it takes you out of the dashboard and that drives me crazy 😱

Perfect & easiest solution to create custom CRM
What do you like best about the product?
Many templates to get started from with various use cases. The customer support is excellent. They respond right away and answer all your questions. They even send you video responses to show you how to fix whatever issue you are having and even offer different solutions.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are still some bugs that need to be addressed but as soon as you contact support about the bug, they address it right away.
