A powerful form builder with a strong team behind it.
What do you like best about the product?
First, Formaloo has a ton of built in templates for almost all use cases, which drastically reduces the time it takes to create forms. Second, it has folder level access management, allowing us to share relevant data with the right person. Third, it integrates with Paypal and Stripe allowing us to take payments straight from the form without the need for any other setup/page redirection.
What do you dislike about the product?
First, UI/UX needs a lot of improvement. Second, there are lots of small issues that need to be ironed out to improved the usability.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Formaloo is helping us collect data and customer feedback more effectively. Plus, with the built-in analysis tools, making sense of that collected data is massively helpful.
Replaced all my WP plugins
What do you like best about the product?
The possibilities of being able to do simple email forms, but also complex questionnaires. It's like multiple products in one.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customization of fields / forms CSS is limited.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The form plugins on wordpress are very hard to learn and configure. I now just duplicate my basic formaloo contact form and just put it on my site. No more STMP configuration, server problem or anything.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're often struggling finding the good contact form plugin on wordpress, Just don't look anymore.
Formaloo-it just works
What do you like best about the product?
I like how fully featured it is. it is not just a form builder but a potential database builder. It can really do so much. Right now I am using it for the forms and basic database functions but the possibilities are endless, to include a mobile app builder. Anyways right now my needs are simple but Formaloo can already go with me as my needs expand.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a lot. Initially, I wanted more videos to show me how to use it, but it is not that hard to use and then they started to put out more content. So the only slight negative I had has already been resolved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using it to collect data. Both leads and surveys. Eventually, i will use it for more tools but I found it looking for a basic forms tool but it does all kinds of things.
Still needs a bit of growing
What do you like best about the product?
I was excited about getting this as an Appsump purchase, but now I wish I could return it. I guess if I had only one company to manage forms for, it would not be too bad to work with, but there is a lot of room for the company to grow.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am an agency, and I hoped to share the forms with my end customer so they could see all of the submissions. I thought, :This is great!
However, the plug-in for WordPress imports every single form you have created. So after using this once for this one customer, I cannot use it for anything else. If I c reat its own logon, I guess i could, but that makes it pretty useless for me. I cannot even make a form for my personal use.
There should be an option to import what form you want into the website. If you want all, great. As it is, there is only one company this form account can be used for, if one is using the plug in. (We had to, so we would not have the lag of form loading if we had just linked the remote link to it, or embeded it without the plug in. Takes a few seconds to load every time.
Also, there is nol way one can adjust the font size in the form except in the header and bottom description areas. You can use css for this. There is the capability to choose your font name, but not having size seems odd. This shows me the company is still in its infancy.

I wish them luck. Their support team has been great. I am just not thrilled I have a brick here hosting a customer's 4 question form, and I can't use it for anything else.
What a great offering!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the clean UX of the experience (a huge upgrade over Google Forms), and the array of powerful features. Even just using a few of them makes for a fantastic value!
You can launch a new website (Custom URL) with each form you set up? That's amazing.

What do you dislike about the product?
I would like a better workspace UX, as it's not clear to me how that works, is configured, or is different than folders. I just might have more to learn.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
User intake and surveying for now.
Formaloo is much more than just a form builder...laden with useful features.
What do you like best about the product?
It is NOT just a form builder. Look at it as a data management tool. Look at it as your one source of truth. The extensive library of DFY templates is a great starting point for the beginner. I really like the relational aspect of the tool wherein you can combine multiple forms and mix and match them to create powerful data engines. It is a function of our imagination.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few features that are not available as of now and I am waiting for these features: Answer Piping, Table filters and Multiple outcome/success pages. There are lots of things going on under the hood which is perhaps the reason, the load times are a cause for concern sometimes....but I am sure this will improve with time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Formaloo has powerful features with potential uses cases that go much beyond digital marketing. If you manage data of any kind, it can be a real struggle to find a tool that can be useful for multiple use cases. This could be your answer.
Best Online Form builder for your applications
What do you like best about the product?
create custom forms for your applications.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing must be like a new beginners can afford this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Wordpress Forms, Database forms, Customs forms and many other things.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
stop wasting your time creating custom forms.
Flexible Form Builder Software
What do you like best about the product?
Formaloo's form building software is extremely configurable with tons of options. I especially like that each form can have its own custom domain or subdomain in addition to embed options like iFrame and Javascript embed.
What do you dislike about the product?
An Integromat (Make) integration is not currently available. However, it is a highly requested feature on their roadmap so hopefully, it will be implemented soon. The UI/UX could also be a bit better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Formaloo has a bunch of form templates to solve various needs. I am using the forms primarily to deal with customer support issues and product feature suggestions.
Strong Jotform alternative
What do you like best about the product?
Great potential as a form builder. It has more features out of the gate than many other alternatives. And Version 3.0 looks to encroach upon the no-code app space, very ambitious team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much, maybe just a tad cartoonish in the Ui department.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
reviews and data collection. We collet internal forms for job requests from other departments.
Impressive. Affordable Type**** killer
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, folders for projects, as easy to use for forms as Canv* is for image editing. Coming from Type**** the transition was extremely easy. The functionality is basically the same, but the forms are much easier to create in Formaloo, especially any forms that require advanced logic or payment, which are a pain to do in the other system. Formaloo makes them really easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Account dashboard could use some cleaning up but it's not bad. All the form functionality is where I expect it and there is nothing missing in terms of creating forms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Event registrations, internship applications, guest interview questionnaires, awards applications, course registration documentation verification, and customer support.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are transitioning from the industry leader Type**** then your transition will be incredibly fast and simple. There is next to no learning curve with Formaloo. We love it.
