Revolutionary form builder
What do you like best about the product?
What sets Formaloo apart is you can set up subdomains for every form you create as well as embed forms on any website no matter the CMS. This level of functionality has been missing from our tech stack.
What do you dislike about the product?
Autosaving can be frustrating sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Formaloo is an easy-to-use program with a huge range of premade templates so you can set up website questionnaires, surveys, and client intake forms all within minutes.
It isn't dependent on any CMS or website so you can quickly and easily create forms whether the client has a website or not.

Has a lot of possibilities to create complex forms and integrate them in different ways with multiple tools

Price tiers have a wide range between them

Creating forms to capture different data, from quotations, user registrations, demographic data updates etc.

I love Formaloo because it is Simple and easy to use.

Best alternative for Typeform and worth the money
What do you like best about the product?
What I like is how easy to find a collection of templates for many different categories you just have to tweak the content and if you are creative you have many options to make it look great. I have never had a problem collecting data and analyzing the same. Everything went super smooth all the time till this time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the app and web UI could be better as they look like a basic folder type. But comparing to the results it produces it's not a deal breaker for me. But if they rework it, visually it would be cool to work on Formaloo backends. However, for me, the frontend matters the most and it does that job amazingly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Formaloo helps to collect feedback after training and also enroll interest for any upcoming programs or training. And it also does give a visual presentation of the data and the ability to download the data in an excel sheet or google sheet.
Easy and Attractive Forms
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to create forms that look attractive and increases response rate. The reporting dashboard is a great plus to keep track of responses.
What do you dislike about the product?
Does all I need and replaces google forms which I used to use. Nothing to dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me to create forms that are easy to complete, and more importantly visually appealing to increase response rates.

What do you like best about the product?
I absolutely love Formaloo! It is the most advanced and flexible form builder I have ever used. The calculation and logic actions are amazing, and there are tons of field types to use and countless possibilities to use and integrate the final form via link - or included to your own website. The development is very active, and the support is excellent. They just publish an overview video for newly introduced features each month on YouTube, so you know the tool will only get better with time. I have never had any problems using it, and I have found it straightforward to use.

What do you dislike about the product?
Two features I would really love to see are range sliders as new field type + live calculations of points/prices (while filling out the form, shown in the form).

Formaloo is helping us, wherever we need to collect data from members, guests or users in any way imaginable. You can quickly build a form and start collecting, rather than to first develop a custom form and logic by manual coding.
Easy & useful form builder
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to use Formaloo. It is also very customizable and versatile. I can embed it as a widget on my website or as a iframe. I can also customize all the text into any language manually. They have The option to get emails when a form is submitted so that doesn't take up my automation credit on Zapier or Pabbly. You can also connect it with webhooks so that the data goes where you want it to. It's a very useful tool and looks very nice too. I collect reviews with it, subscribers and build other forms as needed. It's the only form builder I use since it does everything I need.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice if clients could easily load multiple files. I've not seen the option to do that so far. I usually just receive one photo which isn't bad but it would be nice if it could be easier to ask for multiple photos/ data. Technically you could work around by adding multiple data spots. Not a deal breaker
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting leads or feedback from clients. Also being able to customize the reviews I receive and ask them if they want to subscribe. Surprisingly a lot of reviewers click yes to subscribe so that grows my list.
Great Solution for Form Building

Lots of templates, Great support from the team

All good, just time to personalise any template used

It is helpful for onboarding and client and staff surveys

What do you like best about the product?
I like that the UI is nice and the fact the team is always updating the platform. The community is strong, and support is helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the only downside to formaloo is that there are still a couple of features that I'd like to see that aren't there yet. Fortunately, the things that I am looking for are supposed to be released very soon, so it's still a plus.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's just a better way of gathering information via online forms, surveys, ect. Instead of other apps that just send you the responses, Formaloo has an entire CRM-type setup to review responses as well as analytics and a more in-depth breakdown.

This program is AWESOME because it is easy!

Nothing Yet! it is a great product I am sure something might come up but so far it is excellent!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were using google docs to capture this info and now with Formaloo it is more creative and inviting, I just love it and we get every form filled out where before people would skip them. We needed a product to capture information and deliver it to the right person and this product does the job! If you need a solution for capturing information and it is creative and flows with your brand this is excellent!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you need a program that will support your needs for onboarding or filtering people with a questionnaire this is GREAT!
