Great Asset Tracking and Support
What do you like best about the product?
The system is simple to use and we had a lot of great help from Rehan who was fantastic with helping with onboarding.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far, everything so far as worked well for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asset Tracking, ease of use, integration with our Microsoft enviorment.
So easy a caveman could use it

I like how easy it is to request items and saving groups of items for repeat orders.
What do you dislike about the product?
That we didn't use this program sooner. Before we just used excel.

It solves tracking and manual entry of numerous items.

What do you like best about the product?
I like AssetSonar's Jamf integration feature. The simple and intuitive user and asset dashboards are helpful as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have nothing to dislike about AssestSonar at this time.

As an comprehensive yet simple to use asset management system and auditing platform.
Best IT Management solution
What do you like best about the product?
AssetSonar integrates perfectly in our ecosystem, every solution they provide works perfectly.
We use it with Zendesk and it's tremendous ! Also Google Connector for Agents works perfectly.
AssetSonar support is also always very fast and accurate on answers, but in general everything can be found on their useful blog. Very easy to implement !

What do you dislike about the product?
Not much, maybe I would give a 10/10 if solution and support could be provided in french for some clients :)

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
IT discovery agent permits auto populating IT assets. Autocheckout is useful and we can have a proper management of requests linked to assets in Zendesk.
Hope Asset Sonar will reduce the time spent by the IT department on company assets accounting

We've just started implementing Asset Sonar in our company and we are impressed with its integration with the other IT systems we already use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Poor Dashboard, lacking infographics and tools for manual configuration.

It is extremely easy to setup for users. My company has already used it to manage the non-personal work computers that the company has.

I did not experience any downsides using AssetSonar.

It helps to manage and locate all employee owned PCs. This is part of a push to become more cybersecure and get a higher safety certification in order to work with more clients.
Efficient and User-Friendly Asset Management
What do you like best about the product?
Asset Sonar is easy to use and has streamlined our asset tracking. The customizable dashboard is a great feature.

There was a bit of a learning curve at first

It has centralized our inventory, making asset tracking and reservations much simpler, which boosts our efficiency

What do you like best about the product?
AssetSonar has been fun and innovative. The processes in our department have improved and made centralized by putting all of our needs in one place. I think it's exactly what we needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes understanding and teaching how to input data can be very- trial and error. There are also lots of different areas to find the same information. It could be a little confusing with all of the options. There is a up side and a downside to that, I feel like you can't get lost if you end up in the same place,you can also customize your dashboard to meet your needs, but to get there you have to click lots of buttons. Once you learn the process, it's very easy though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are adding all of our inventory in one place. Making it easy for everyone to see availability and make reservations like checking out of an online store.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy being able to quickly add stock when I order the items in. I can easily see what we have with a picture and how much of it we have in stock.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to have a notification set that when we get at or below a certain amount for an item, we get an email notification that we need to order more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to keep a better track of the products we have, and which department is taking them and who to charge it to.
