The Best Localization Tool
What do you like best about the product?
You can invite a lot of excellent translators from all over the world and get high-qualified translations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing for now, I think they are doing very great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are trying to translate our App into a multilingual one, and we do have a lot of local translators to help us with that.

If you are considering processing localization for your company or product, don't miss Crowdin. They are definitely won't let you down and can assist you with their best features. It will be a lifetime regret if you didn't give it a try!

We are experiencing a really good product and professional support.
What do you like best about the product?
First of all even before our subscription, we were able to find support very quickly every time we had a question.
The in-context module is very helpful for us, where our translators or customers can translate our product in live reaction.
We have the system for a couple of years now and every time we need anything new, we get an immediate support and we always get an answer.

What do you dislike about the product?
They are very helpful and always available. The system is realle good.
We also need a good translation tool for SSRS Reports, which is something that only a few translations solutions offer.
If we could have this here as well, it would be perfect.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Except for the translations, they offer chating inside each resource, where the translators can also notify us for issues in the source language.
Amazing Translation Platform with powerful connectors
What do you like best about the product?
In the current “Agile Era,” Crowdin is helping us in getting the localization done swiftly. Crowdin has got great connectors. With this capability, one can get the translations done quickly with end-to-end automation. Crowdin supports a wide variety of file formats. In the case of unique file formats, Crowdin helps customers by building the customized parsers to process the files. Crowdin also provides an In-Context review feature for the web and mobile products. With this, translators can deliver excellent quality of translations.
Crowdin also introduced one of the recent features or capabilities to integrate Crowdin with Bitbucket on-prem instances. These kind of integration capabilities will be helpful for the client-side companies to achieve their automation capabilities. Also, there are hundreds of features to explore in Crowdin like in-built Market place apps, the Capability of integrating with MT engines, Pseudo-localization, customization of workflows in new enterprise version of Crowdin and lot more to mention. Final note: Crowdin is built by considering the functionalities used by client-side PM’s, LSP’s, Translators, and Developers from the Engineering team.

Rich functionality for reasonable price
What do you like best about the product?
CrowdIn provides a surprisingly rich functionality for human-friendly prices. Translators and project managers enjoy working with CrowdIn, because it supports the majority of use cases needed to get localization job done. Also, reporting functionality helps users to keep an eye on their spendings and earnings transparently and easily.
And customer support is just beyond any expectations. These guys are truly heroes actually helping clients to find solutions that are not even available in the tool.

There's no automated migration from CrowdIn to CrowdIn Enterprise.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've been using CrowdIn for everyday localization work. It's easy to deal with, and it supports nearly all possible use cases one might need to get their job done, no matter if it's a translator, proofreader or project manager.

1. Amazing, unparalleled customer service from Andriy and his CS team. We could not have created our translation process without the help of the Crowdin software as well as the help from Andriy.

1. Initially hard to set up, definitely needs implementation effort to get it right (but once you get it right, it runs like clockwork)

What I like best is the responsiveness of the tech support team of Crowdin and their willingness to work with their clients to solve a problem and improve Crowdin functionality.

Translating in context is challenging as Crowdin currently does not provide a view for the entire document when translating po files.

Excellent service, helps products to get new markets faster.

Very user-friendly and intuitive interface. Allows us to spend a minimum of time and efforts on the administration of translations. These are especially noticeable when you need support for multiple applications at the same time.

We administer the translations of five of our applications at once. Part of the information is the same in these applications. Translation of one application, in such a situation, immediately opens up opportunities for at least partial translation of another.

Crowdin's interface is simple and easy to use for our team and third party freelancers. I seldom get any question compared to the tools we were using before. The automated translations and the dictionary system make our work a lot faster.

I don't have any issue with Crowdin, it works perfectly for us. Looking forward to new features.

We have over 20 languages and localizations across all Villa Finder websites, and as many users (internal and external), and Crowdin makes it a breeze.
