Perfect tool for React Native and Mobile App Development!
What do you like best about the product?
We are very happy to use Crowdin weekly to translate our new Web3 Social Network (Ko)!
Very easy to use, great integration with Github and other business tools.

Smooth translation workflow thanks to Crowdin
What do you like best about the product?
1/ Crowdin is easy to use and the number of collaborators in a project is unlimited.
2/ We can integrate Crowdin with our internal platform to make the translation flow more easily and smoothly.
3/ The auto duplicated translation helps a lot, it saves time to prepare the files
4/ There's a column right in the Editor interface, where translators, proofreaders, project managers in any language can chat, communicate, discuss about the contents and translations. It's very convenient!

What do you dislike about the product?
The more content we have, the more strings we need, the more we have to pay, but the package is really high and unaffordable to us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The API in Crowdin helps us integrate with our internal software to make our website building process more automatic and seamless.

Sending tasks to multiple translators allows for easy quality checks.

Uploading large amounts of already-translated strings is cumbersome.

Crowdin helps us manage multiple translation services, as well as a very large amount of source strings and their translations.
Excellent API and automations
What do you like best about the product?
The knowledge base is great. The API is easy to use and there are ready-to-use clients in Python and other languages. In a single day, I uploaded all my strings, screenshots and context.
What do you dislike about the product?
I sent a question and it took 2 days to get answered. I wish I screenshot's thumbnail was larger, and after expanding it, I wish it didn't cover all of the screen.

I want my super fans to help me translate the game into more languages. Crowdin makes it much easier than other options. As a developer, I can upload and download everything using scripts and the API.

Crowdin is flexible while being simple to use. We can use YAML files (native in Rails) and add a layer of collaboration on top of this

The billing platform could be improved. We always have some hiccup on our renewal date.

Great experience working with Crowdin
What do you like best about the product?
Crowding provides a very flexible solution for working with new content on websites, makes it easy to track the progress, and integrates well with GitLab, ZenDesk, Figma. etc. We have been using their service for over a year now and are happy with the service itself and the support they provide.
We also enjoyed the fact that you can build your own translate workflows and automate almost all working stages.

Not much to say really, it's been a good ride so far.

It helps us work with new content on the websites, effectively build a translation flow, automate all major stages, and provides a convenient solution for working with remote teams.

- The user interface is straightforward and we did not have many issues explaining to translators how to use Crowdin;

I have been using the product for over 5 years and the experience is very positive. Nothing to complain about.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Crowdin there was lots of going back and forth between engineers and marketers, who provided translations into the languages they knew, then ask for translations from the translation partners, and then returned everything to the engineers. Now the process is streamlined, the developer pushes new strings to Crowdin on Friday, translators translate and then he pulls the ready translations back first thing on Monday.
Crowdin was the perfect solution to our localization problem.
What do you like best about the product?
We tested different tools and finally found crowdin. It allows us to have an easy, step-by-step translation process, ensuring that we use consistent language throughout our (somewhat complex) application. Implementation was easy and we were able to import already existing strings. The fact that crowdin recognizes duplicates makes the process super fast. In conclusion: You will not find a better tool for that price.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI is somewhat confusing. But from experience I can tell you that you get used to it. And part of the "confusing" UI is the myriad of features you have at hand...

Our localization is now consistent and the process is a lot faster.

Easy to use and integrate into workflow
What do you like best about the product?
Pretty simple to use. The system accepts a variety of file types. The online translation editor is top-notch. When translators need context for a string, I can attach a screenshot which auto-tags the string and add a quick comment as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have been using Crowdin for a few years now and have not encountered anything that I would consider as bad or missing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Crowdin, we were only translating our source strings to one language and were doing so in a manual process of uploading / email files back and forth with a translator. Crowdin allowed us to scale overnight to 8+ languages. We found our translation partner on Crowdin as well and have been with them since the beginning.
