Great experience
What do you like best about the product?
The part that i like the most about Crowdin is the integration part, it's well developed and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've had some issues with the github integration in the past but now everything is okay.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was looking for a way to easily allow users to help me with localizations, by also linking those translations to a github repo.
Flexible platform with lightning fast support
What do you like best about the product?
Their support (in our experience) is lightning fast. We had quite a complex scenario/problem, and after posting my support request, I was worried I may not have explained it clearly. Instead, I got an answer within 30 mins, demonstrating a complete understanding of the problem and solutions. Also, they offer various ways to import your translatable texts and a vast list of supported languages.
What do you dislike about the product?
When we became a customer, we missed some dialects (mainly Chinese), but they are there now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The displayed texts in our software are continuously evolving along with our e-commerce SaaS product. Crowdin helps us manage the translation packs for all our supported languages, but also (one-off) language packs for individual customers. We have integrated Crowdin into our CI/CD pipeline, and our translation partner (also using the Crowdin platform) is taking care of providing us with the translated texts as soon as they appear. This automated workflow helps us save a lot of time on administrative tasks.
An everyday help for managing translations
What do you like best about the product?
The language versions and additional projects are arranged in quite a logical way.
The auto-fill from previous (similar) texts and google translate are life-savers.
The auto-fill from previous (similar) texts and google translate are life-savers.
What do you dislike about the product?
The language versions and projects tree might become too big if the project gets many additional branches.
Not that many automation options.
It's not that easy to explain to new users.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our main project includes several side projects and a total of 30+ languages. Searching through with ease is one of the main advantages of Crowdin. The translations are imported to the app hassle free.
Everything you need from a localization platform and more.
What do you like best about the product?
You can upload hundreds of texts and the platform stays transparent and easy to use. It was clearly designed by or with the help of localization managers as it has some really smart solutions that help me find that one missing text just like that ✨ Love it. What I also really appreciate about the platform is that I can easily assign roles and manage a huge number of translators. The more people involved, the harder it is usually to keep all the translations qualitative. So:
- Great UX
- Easy to use
- A number of integrations
- Transparent pricing
- Super fast translation management, search, and implementation.

What do you dislike about the product?
Providing context is usually essential and I feel like the platform could come up with better ways to help us explain the context to our translators. For now, I can only add comments and screenshots, which is OK, but sometimes it's not enough. Apart from that, I don't think there's anything bad I can say about Crowdin. We're really happy with the solutions and support they have provided throughout the years.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- It streamlines the work process: thanks to the platform a lot of things happen automatically.
- It also makes it easier to manage various translations together with other people. Collaboration is, after all, one of the main reasons my team and I use Crovdin.
- There is a search bar that makes it super simple to jump between projects, languages and translations.

Works really well
What do you like best about the product?
The most important for me is a base of volunteer translators, and I think they should even make more campaigns to acquire even more of them. Good cooperation, support that is always willing to help, good tool. We've been working together for several years already and we're not planning any change.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the chat feature is really poor, in case you want to communicate with a translator, send attachments and all you need to do it by mail
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing translation base and make the process of work with translators easier

User-friendly, active development and great support
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Crowdin professionally for several years and recently moved over to their Enterprise product. It is one of the more user-friendly CAT tools out there, especially for translators. It is easy to integrate with our back-ends thanks to its API, and when issues do arise, their support is always online - even during the weekends.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features need more refinement, especially from a project management perspective. Focusing on user-friendliness is great, but not everything works as intuitive or out-of-the-box as you would expect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Crowdin helps us consolidate our localization processes into one platform, saving us the work of doing localization across different file formats and platforms. This ensures our brand message is consistent; by leveraging translation memories, our turnaround times are shorter and localization is more cost-effective.
Good experience with the product and helpful customer service
What do you like best about the product?
Crowdin is constantly updating the platform with feedback from their users and the live chat makes it super easy to communicate with them when needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Translation Memory could be easier to manage and clean. Also, it lacks a lot of detail when you compare it with other TMS.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're localising our UI and marketing content with Crowdin. Its multiple integrations via API and platforms like Figma and HubSpot facilitate the process.
Easy for the entire team to use
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use for everyone from dev to translators to admin. Saved us hours of messing around with different systems for different platforms. Additionally, their support is quick, knowledgeable and very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI sometimes gets a little out of sync with what I'm trying to do, but nothing a refresh doesn't solve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We made our app and website multilingual in great time using the built in Github intergrations, very little friction.
Easy to set up Website translations
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to setup and intuitive to edit translation. Also very helpful to add additional translators
What do you dislike about the product?
UX could be improved regarding setup of custom integration for webflow
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automated translation for my website
Have been trying to build an intuitive translation mode feature for years - now I don't have to
What do you like best about the product?
The entire platform is excellent, but I am most excited about the In-Context Localization feature. I've been trying to build a similar feature within our application for years, but making it useful and intuitive was challenging. We even built a feature to pull suggestions from different translation engines, but Crowdin does everything better.
I would be remiss if I didn't mention how amazing the support team is. I spent the first few days reading docs and watching videos to avoid burdening them with RTFM issues. But after a few hours of head-banging, I wrote to support and received a response within minutes. The conservation continued over the next few hours until we had resolved the issue.

What do you dislike about the product?
The only challenge I faced was the learning curve of understanding how the In-Context localization feature worked - particularly with Github integration enabled. However, the demo instance (https://demo.crowdin.com/page/in-context-localization) provided some clues, as did this patent document (https://patents.google.com/patent/US20170322820A1/en).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Translation management is done well by many platforms. However, Crowdin's "in-context" translation feature is revolutionary. It is probably the first piece of software I've ever evaluated that ticked every functional requirement I was looking for.
