The bes collaborative solution to translate software
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use throughout the platform and the easy communication tool with other translators in a project
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of documentation on deeper features if you like to become a more skilled user
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hard at the account set up
Perfect tool to work on multilingual contents and Colloborate with the world
What do you like best about the product?
It is not new. But, The percentage of completion is always gives a boost and sort of motivation to complete the pending task
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe I prefer a colourful page to a monochromatic one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
You can work concurrently. This is one of the most significant needs; undoubtedly, Crowdin is at its best. The software can be translated located at a time. It does gives the completion status and you don't need followups.
Good translation memory
What do you like best about the product?
Good translation memory, multi-language working well
What do you dislike about the product?
Not able to sort search results well enough
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Terminology staying consistent
An efficient tool for team translation
What do you like best about the product?
Crowdin is a good tool to use, especially from the point of view of the translation project manager. It makes it easier to keep track of everything that's going on in the project and follow discussions and consistency. Crowdin is useful for collaboration purposes when there is a big team and many languages involved. From the translator's point of view, it's also very good to have the option to export the translation file to be able to work on it offline.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface and especially interaction with elements such as the translation memory is not always the most familiar and convenient for the translators. Being able to export/import the translated files is very convenient and compensates for that, though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's very convenient to use Crowdin to coordinate the whole effort of a big team in many languages. That's something that's not facilitated by all CAT tools in the market.
the fastest way to manage tags
What do you like best about the product?
In 20 years translation experience using really a lot of CAT tool I never found an easier and fastes way to manage tags as Crowdin. Despite all other CAT usually requiring lot of time to learn how to use them. This easy CAT, created as a crowdsourcing platform is the first and (problably) last CAT available for beginners and advancend linguist which does not require any previous knowledge of TAGs.
What do you dislike about the product?
On my freelance translator point of view there are too many voluntary (unpaid) job offers and very few good changes to get a good (well paid) job.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it's faster and easier than other tool.
The easiest way to manage your translations
What do you like best about the product?
Easy way ho to manage, edit, control and communicate with the whole community of translators.
Many users respond within few minutes, collaborate via an integrated chatting tool and provide helpful feedback that keeps pushing the localization effort near perfection.
I highly appreciate the option to contextualize phrases being translated.

What do you dislike about the product?
I am satisfied as a user. I do not see any major disadvantage and I feel happy about the crowdin tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me as a tech user to be a part of the community that keeps the tool localized and thus broadly available and accessible to users who speak my language.
Quite smooth tool to use

Page is good structurize. Basic function work well. Report function is useful
What do you dislike about the product?
Suggest translate (google translate) is not work well, many time don't have suggestion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Translating a big project without thinking about organize files.
Collaboration is a Breeze
What do you like best about the product?
It is super easy to use in collaborating with a lot of people doing the same things.
What do you dislike about the product?
The site is not very appealing although functionality is really good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Difficulty in collaboration which is easily solved by Crowdin. Duplication and second-guessing is eliminated.
Very reliable and stable software
What do you like best about the product?
The shortcuts are the best feature of Crowding. I like that I can customize it to my needs and increase my workflow. I also like that I can easily list different but similar languages right below my translation, which can help me translate more efficiently and quicker.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the notifications to project updates are not as quick as I would like. There is a delay sometimes, and depending on the number of people on the project, I can get behind because I didn't receive the notification immediately.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Crowding is providing me a reliable tool to translate and localize projects that I work on. It gives me a flexible UI that can put me on my best workflow right away. It is benefiting me because I don't need to fiddle too much with the software, think about configurations and stuff.
Hands down the best translation platform.
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the platform's user-friendly interface and intuitive workflow. I had never done any translating work before, and when a project I wanted to support opened up volunteer translations i just went for it. It was super easy to start and understand how the platform worked. Eventually I became a proofreader for that project.
So, basically, the ease of use and intuitivity.

What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe this exists and I just haven't seen it, but it would be really great for proofreaders to be able to use a Keyboard shortcut to Submit+Aprove translations you're writing yourself. That or have a switch that auto aproves translations that you translated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I haven't come around posting my own projects on crowdin. I tried to once but then that project was abandoned, so I don't have much experience in the Project side of things.
But, as a Translator and Proofreader, I think crowdin is a really powerful tool that helps Projects break the Language barrier in a simple, and honestly fun way! The fact that it's really easy to start translating a project and just, worry more about the translations and Language and less about "how do I do this on this software". Crowdin is just there, and it feels like it's by my side when translating the content and not interfering with the process.
