Translating made easy
What do you like best about the product?

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far, everything works as I would hope.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't speak all the languages we translate for, but I have enough knowledge to use Crowdin assistive features, which makes me more productive and our work more consistent and higher quality

What do you dislike about the product?
- Shutdown of APIv1 was surprising (short notice)
- No option for granular access for APIv2 Tokes if you are not the project owner (even it is offered in the settings page)

Great localization tool
What do you like best about the product?
It's great app and usefully when you really know its potential.
You can find add-ons that fit your requirements.
The main point for me is it's function to link with repositories.

What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much that I can find irregular. Could be the limitation for free account or the messing of budget for professional freelancers. But that could fix soon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Actually, I don't have any issue but I trust crowdin team they can solve any problem because it's a solid platform with visition and whole way to get better. There's always a solution.
Easy and eficent to start
What do you like best about the product?
Its easy to manage and collaborate on translations. Platform is intuitive for me as a new user. Machine translation integrations is pretty usefull. I feel like i can translate website faster
What do you dislike about the product?
Basic plan is a bit overpriced for me. I would prefer to pay less and have limit of teammber coz I need only 3 people from my team

it's really easy to keep track of what has already been translated on our client's websites, and quickly find what needs improvement

user-friendly interface, collaborative features, and integration with other tools, platform's ability to manage translations efficiently and customize workflows, the customer support team is responsive and helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
occasional bugs or glitches and a learning curve for some of the more advanced features, sometimes slow loading.

working with some of tools that is not coming with english language, legacy websites of some manufacturing tools

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Great platform for software localization and translation
What do you like best about the product?
Crowdin is a fantastic platform for crowd-sourced software translation and localization. It lets us easily upload new strings to translate and then use them in the next build. I love that Crowdin has built-in Machine translation, which helps translators in localization. And the free pricing plan is quite generous.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the things I don't like about Crowdin is the pricing of private projects. If you need more than 1 private projects, you have to upgrade to the Pro (2 projects) or Team (unlimited projects) plan ($50 and $150). I, for example, don't need more hosted words/or more integrations, so paying $150 per month seems not worth it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Crowdin helps us with crowdsourced translation and localization of our software and websites. It lets us make our software available for more people who speak different languages.
Innovative platform for collaboration (eg. translations)
What do you like best about the product?
The platform can send you eg. e-mails with new strings to translate in the projects you are participing, and the hyperlink will open a web page which comfortably shows just those strings, filtered.
The platform also gives possibilities to help understand the contexts of the strings while working on them, but not all devs leverage this functionality as well as could be hoped.

What do you dislike about the product?
Possibly the e-mail notifications could be even more fine-adjustable, like how many new strings to combine into one message. Also, Crowdin’s own user interface to more languages, including Finnish, and maybe via Crowdin platform itself?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Crowdin simplifies the maintaining and developing of translations for various user and administrative interfaces.
Localization for everyone
What do you like best about the product?
I translate open-source projects to Turkish via Crowdin, which is an excellent opportunity to localize these things. Everyone should have a right to view projects in their mother language.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a project translator, I think it has an excellent interface, but there might be downsides for project managers. I don't know about that. So far, so good. It serves the purpose.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
You can see every project on one platform, so you don't have to sign-up for other project services. One account for all is excellent. Their support team is also great, and they can quickly answer your questions.
Easy to use, effective but theres always room for improvements!
What do you like best about the product?
What I like the most about Crowdin it's that it's easy, not because it's too simple or lacks features, but because it's straight forward. Without words the design teaches you how to use the software
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd say that the product is excellent. However, I'd like Crowdin to be open source / libre. That way, I and others could contribute to the user experience. Being able to fine-tune to match your needs is a top priority, and free/libre software makes that possible. That is why I might not return to Crowdin or recommend it.

With Crowdin, it's easy to collaborate in software translations. As a user, you don't have to go through the hassle of setting up the project to start working.
