User friendly and easy onboarding
What do you like best about the product?
I very quickly learnt how to use the platform with it's different features. It was a good way to collaborate with clients compared to traditional CAT tools. I am very satisfied.
What do you dislike about the product?
I sometimes find it a little bit difficult to know exactly how much I am going to earn on a specific project (weighted word count). This is probably a user issue more than a tool issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Crowdin is allowing me to offer my translation services to a broader range of agencies. When my clients started using Crowdin I experienced an increased workflow with less administrative work.
Convenient platform for big projects
What do you like best about the product?
For multilingual projects, there is an option to see the translation for other languages within the same window. Search options are handy and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no possibility to see the file's name when searching previously translated words and phrases.

Having a united system for specific project with everything needed in one place.

Easy to use, good overview of workload and easy to contact other users. Easy to switch between different clients.

Can't think of anything, no negative experiences so far

Easy way to manage translations and having access to other languages is sometimes very helpful. Quick and easy way to contact content managers if anything is unclear.

I like using Crowdin as it allows you to discuss issues, ask questions, and see questions from other translators. I also want to highlight its user-friendly interface.

They should listen the users more for making improvements.

The interface is user-friendly and not overpopulated with unnecessary features.

There is no way to search for specific strings inside project folders.

have found the Crowdin user interface to be somewhat complex or overwhelming.

Crowdin is a good platform for DEV users. We can easily understand the language translations and community guidelines.

Not showing all the sentences and translations options.

CrowdIn is by far the best CAT Tool I've ever tried. Easy to use, fast and so useful. It has everything.

No downsides. Everything is perfect. Anything you may need, CrowdIn has it covered.

Being a cloud based service is so convenient as I can use it anytime and anywhere.
