Crowdin is veasy to use, with friendly user interface that is comfortabl for the eye.
What do you like best about the product?
Clear and comfortable UI with easy access to all features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not having an option for automated translation from the TM or fuzzy translation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Compared to other platforms, I find accessing all the features is easy from the same page while having a clear view of the text.
A Great Tool for Translators and Project Managers
What do you like best about the product?
Crowdin is an easy-to-use tool for translators. It helps translators and project managers work on a shared platform with various languages. We can access the TM and other features quickly, and other components allow us to create a collaborated work on a project.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it would be better to include a better spell-checking system to use with Crowdin or the export feature could be upgraded for better assistance for translators and project managers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a translator, Crowdin's easy-to-use interface helps while working on various projects. Also, Crowdin connects project managers and other translators so we can solve a problem with collaboration.
Fast, reliable, and available everywhere
What do you like best about the product?
Crowdin is an incredibly versatile tool. I love the fact that I can work on my desktop computer, on my iPad when traveling, or even on my phone in urgent requests when I'm out of the office. It just works, anywhere, on any device.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside to Crowdin is the fact that I can't work on it offline.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Crowdin is a truly multiplatform tool. The fact it just works (offering all features) on several different kinds of devices is priceless. I can work while traveling just the same way as when I am at the office or home. It's brilliant.
Loved the experience, collaborations and volunteering are the base of being a translator.
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to collaborate with projects such as Discord, DisTube, Minecraft, etc. Products that I use and love.
What do you dislike about the product?
That there is no freelancing next step, for example, being contacted by a company that you have volunteered for to sign a contract.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting quality translations from collaborators that live in the target culture.
Reliable Software
What do you like best about the product?
Integrations, especially with our GitHub repositories and different branches, it's a great way to get translators working on translations before updates are released.
What do you dislike about the product?
Mobile UI, many of our translators and proofreaders are on a Mobile Device and complain they have issues with translating, or not understanding the UI. It would be nice to see improvements to the mobile UI.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It centralizes all of the translation work needed to be on one singular platform. Also the GitHub integrations means that I don't have to manually update any files and that the integration does this for me and speeds up the process for all of us.
Easy lokalisation platform for translators and requesters
What do you like best about the product?
New AI features are added. MT suggestions are improved but updations are less compared to other competitors.
What do you dislike about the product?
UI is simple and responsive but the main menu is confusing and limited customizations.

Very easy-to-use translation platform which helps to localize anything to multiple languages.

Crowdin helps me keep translations in our rule easily.
The most useful CAT tool on the market
What do you like best about the product?
After having tried numerous CAT tools throughout my career, I must admit that Crowdin is certainly the most comfortable and useful. In addition, its design is very intuitive and allows you to save time searching the TM and the glossary and offers other very useful functions.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say the price is high for small businesses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In terms of time management, it is the tool that allows me to complete translation work in the shortest possible time by offering many very useful functions. When I face a problem, support members always resolve any issue in no time.
Complete package for localization
What do you like best about the product?
The layout is extremely intuitive and easy to work with. The website offers numerous tools that make your work a breeze, both for translators, agencies and clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing is understandable, but high for small agencies who would like to use the platform for a few small clients..

It's extremely easy to work with TM and communicate with clients/vendors, including following up on created issues.
