Good and useful tool
What do you like best about the product?
User-friendly interface, good integration with workflows, lots of guides that helps with implementation, responsive customer support. I'm using it daily with my team and we really like it, design is intuitive and easy to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing could be lower, some advanced settings require some learning.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Crowdin helps me a lot with managing translations. It puts all my translation projects in one place, making it easy to handle many languages at once. It's great for working together with others because we can all see and work on the translations at the same time. It also connects well with other software I use, so I don't have to move files around manually. Plus, it has tools that make repetitive translation tasks faster and more accurate. Basically, Crowdin makes the whole process of translating stuff smoother and simpler.

Crowdin solves the challenge of managing large-scale translation and localization projects. Its benefits include streamlined collaboration among diverse teams, efficient tracking of project progress, and the integration of automated translation tools. This significantly enhances productivity and quality in multilingual content creation.
Great tool for sharing content across languages
What do you like best about the product?
To easily integrates to GitHub for content. Quick onboarding of translators. Fast respons from Support during the setup.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like translatar to access a Sync Now button. As of now you have to wait 15-60 minutes to see the effect of at translation.

Translations of UI and Guides

Single place to easily keep track of localization for multiple platforms, direct integration, translations go straight from product team to the apps.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of advanced filtering featues, for example it's not possible to list all the strings with empty translations if this empty translation is approved.
No easy way to mark a translation for some language as "not needed"
Scary and overloaded interface for new people.
Lack of ability to just attach screenshot to a string, the process is not straightforward to say the least

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Single source of truth for localizations, automation of exporting localization and using it in the apps
I have translated > 40,000 strings on 3 differents projects and and I will continue with pleasure.

I have not yet found how to import the field to translate and the translation at the same time for a project initiated outside of Crowdin but I will find out
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Crowdin allows me to easily translate part of an xml file and when exporting I find this complete file with only the part to translate which has changed so it's perfect
I love it! My favourite CAT tool so far
What do you like best about the product?
It's very ease to use and integrating it with other software is super easy. It has many features, and TM/Glossary search is very useful. Their customer service is excellent! They always answer in a timely manner and find a solution. I have been using this tool for over a year everyday and I am very satisfied with it,.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of any downsides. I am satisfied with it.

We collaborate with various departments and thanks to Crowdin, we have reduced a lot of admin time.
Really modern Platform
What do you like best about the product?
Its easy to use with clean minimalistic UI.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently i didn't experience any downsides of crowdin.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It really helped me make my Software more accesible to everyone. I can just Post the Project and the people help to translate it into their own Language. Also i do no longer use Translators to translate my apps.
A Comprehensive Solution suitable for most companies

The interface is for the most part clean and well structured.
Dispatching work is quick and easy.

What do you dislike about the product?
Little bugs happen from time to time, especially in the Editor view.
Importing some filetypes sometimes doesn't work.
Implementation at the time was not the easiest because of our language list (but this has probably been improved ever since).

What do you like best about the product?
I like the UI design, and how the whole webpage is structured. I like the activity tab, and easy to manage localization projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Last week I just had big trouble to integrate Google Sheets document. I've used that integration couple of months before, and it was effortless, but this time I kept getting errors that were on Crowdins Server side. Yesterday I got contacted by their Customer Success Manager, and they've added priority to my problem. Considering the pricing for their services, I would've liked that this issue was prioritized a bit sooner(I was contacted 26 hours after first Customer Support request). But other than that(integration problems), I don't have other issues with Crowdin.

Great CAT tool for business needs
What do you like best about the product?
Crowdin is a great CAT tool for my day-to-day business as it helps me organize my work in separate projects while maintaining high quality of TM and glossary which are very important for the project.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no downsides faced from my perspective from using Crowdin for more than a year now.

Crowdin is helping me translate various projects consistently and fast.
