What do you like best about the product?
Crowdin is simple to onboard, easy to integrate and effortless to use. Everything is well documented on their website and for edge cases customer support is quick and helpful. They even implemented some improvement features that we needed. I am really satisfied with the whole process. Very positive experience overall.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would prefer if the public demo on their website is easier to access and to have more details in the presentation. Once we actually booked a demo session it was all clear in minutes that this solution would work for our use case.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Crowdin helped us manage translations for deploying our solution to different countries. It made the whole proces easer and managable and at the same time it saved us time and money by allowing us to translate and proof-read only the sections that we needed for those languages. Plus, we have the change history so we can always revert the translation in case there is some mistake or communication has to change.

What do you like best about the product?
Crowding integrates with popular development tools and project management platforms. It's fairly manageble to set up automation processes etc. It's got a sophisticated infrastructure to manage copy and translations into multiple languages. Adding it to a CI/CD pipeline is very doable and definitively makes the copy handling process easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
The automated "machine translation" is a neat tool, but the translations tend to become somewhat off. It's not a very friendly user interface. In my opinion, it has too much "techy" stuff like "build project" etc., which might scare off designers or copy writers.

Crowdin addresses the challenges of localization management by providing tools to streamline workflows, foster collaboration between developers and designers as well as ensure translation consistency. This benefits Crowdin users by improving user experience (through copy in their own language) and expanding market reach.

Good translation product with minor flaws
What do you like best about the product?
Crowdin is a great translation product for small teams, and most of the features work just like we need them to. Their customer support is very responsive, too.
What do you dislike about the product?
We're too small for the Enterprise product, but we miss some of its features in the normal Team plan. For example, team member management is a hassle. It's also not ideal that a project belongs to a single person and not an organization. For us, this made AI translations very tedious to set up.
