Perfectly working on all systems, fast translation, fast support
What do you like best about the product?
I was looking for a translation proxy for my CMS and searched for apps until I found Crowdin.
The ability to add custom AI translations is great—you have full control over adding translations.

What do you dislike about the product?
I think the word count limit could be improved because the lower-tier packages include up to 1 million words of translation, and if you publish content once a week, you might reach the limit.
Additionally, the language editor is not very strong from a UX perspective.

Now alsso deePL is helping out in translating.

Translations are usually not taking care of the contest.

Crowdin is helping out in translating our app in multiple languages even without knowing some of them.
The best platform for multilanguage software localization ever
What do you like best about the product?
CrowdIn really speeds up the localization process of our applications in ufirst. The dashboard provides an immediate way to track the progress of the translation for each language, and the integration is so simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are pretty sure CrowdIn fits our needs well, and we have no issues at all!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have different pieces of software (backend and frontend apps) that needs to be translated for our users. Our customers are located in different zones of the world (mainly in Italy, Spain and Ecuador). CrowdIn helps us extract and manage translations for all those software components, delegating to a specific translation team the localization of each word/phrase. The extraction of all the words/phrases to translate is automated via GitHub at development time.
Easy way to manage all the localizations
What do you like best about the product?
Crowdin was really ease of using. The languages are very organized separately and search is very effective too. I really enjoyed working with Crowdin!
What do you dislike about the product?
I could saw some duplicate piece of text and it was not possible to replicate the same localization to all of them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Discovery have a big customer platform in different countries. It was easy to manage the localizations for each of the languages they needed.

Interface. It is easy to use and has great interface.

Nothing as such.There is no such thing which I could think of.

Crowdin solves localization needs, helps us to maintain multilanguage support
Rich features and easy integration provides significant advantage for adding multi language
What do you like best about the product?
the in-context translation. It allows translators to properly translate the sentences given that they get a better context on what the actual sentence describes.
What do you dislike about the product?
in-context requires you to pay to use it. I would love to have it in my personal products as well. I hope they could consider allowing small application with small number of words to use in-context translation to support small developers like me.

Streamlined Localization
What do you like best about the product?
Figma integration helped us a lot to streamline localisations.
What do you dislike about the product?
We had a bit of a steep learning curve at the beginning

A centralised translation management tool.
I'm the eng lead that implemented i18n on our trading app and used Crowdin for storing them.
What do you like best about the product?
For me the free machine translation was the most liked by our team, compared to competitors it's easier to have something usable in lower time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how the tab system work in the dashboard, it is counter intuitive how to create translations and the base file language should be clearly separated by the translations. Also, when downloading the translations it's hard to get the correct folder/file structure you want (eg: en.json, de.json, etc.). Also, approval and save of the translations has a poor UX you don't understand when something is saved and can be downloaded.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We internationalised our trading app, and we needed a product for storing translation files and for having a quick go to market time, this was achieved by using the useful machine translations with ease.
Easy usage
What do you like best about the product?
Very intuitive and fast. If there are no translation we fall back to English, this is very helpful and helps us release features quickly even if all translations are not fully done.

If you have a lot of languages you have to do the manual work
