What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
none i was just performing test for a company
Decent enterprise solution for translation management
What do you like best about the product?
Has a lot of nice features for managing translations, including support for complex projects with multiple translation sources. In-context localization feature is also very useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Github integration creates a lot of pull requests, maybe there's a setting to improve this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Translation management
Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
It´s easy to see with string are pending to be translated, which ones were translated but pending to confirm, and which ones are translated and confirmed.
What do you dislike about the product?
When you have permission to both translate and confirm, you are unable to complete both actions in a single step. Instead, you must first translate and then return to confirm the translation separately. Additionally, I wish the process were more automated. For instance, it would be helpful to have the option to add translations to a dictionary, allowing the software to automatically translate repeated words.

We work in several countries so translations for our PMS, and also for our support pages are needed. Crowdin allows multiples users to work on these translations.
Crowdin is a good enough translation partner
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to log in quickly and apply changes easily
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not sure if it's a Crowdin thing, but it's hard to get context on what is it that you're translating

Thanks to this tool our PMS can operate in dozens of countries. This brings great economical benefits to our company of course
Usefull tool to make your translation work flow fast
What do you like best about the product?
Crowdin has a pretty easy user interface that is intuitive. The way it is structured makes it easy to translate fast and efficient. The fact that you can make your own glossary and addspecific terminology to your prjoect is very helpfull as well. TMs work pretty fast, too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Big chunks of text in one string seem to be a bit of a problem and have hard times loading. It also depends a bit on the browser you use. Firefox seems to be more stable than Chrome for example.
It would be great if there would be the option to find untranslated text strings while they stay in their respective location in a document. You can sort by 'untranslated' but sometimes it is necessary to have the 'surrounding' strings in order to have the context. If you have a document with several pages it would be nice to have an indicator on which page the untranslated text is at least.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The TM and general CAT translation makes translation faster and easier. Even though the CAT tool have their limits.

We are saving a lot of time and information are well centralized

Fast and excellent support
What do you like best about the product?
The UI and UX are excellent and intuitive, making it easy to navigate without any confusion. There is a wide range of addons available, like GitLab Self-Managed integration, as well as support for many different formats, even .ts for our Qt-Apps. We use it almost every week when translation updates to any of our many Apps are needed and have given light access to a professional translation agency. I was particularly impressed by the fast and personalized support, as responses were tailored to my questions rather than generic replies. Although the predefined packages did not meet our needs, we were able to assemble a small custom package that worked for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
The GitLab Selfmanaged Integration has room for improvement. For example the setup process can be made easier. Also it currently creates a separate commit for each language, but it would be better if it could generate a single commit for all languages instead.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Crowdin assists us in translating our websites and Qt-Apps into multiple languages and integrates seamlessly with our version control system, GitLab Self-Managed. Additionally, we required the ability to provide access to a professional translation agency, which Crowdin makes possible.
Crowdin a great platform for ad hoc work
What do you like best about the product?
Crowdin is easy to use. If you're approved by a company to work with them, then Crowdin provides a platform to facilitate this work in an environment that is easy and simple to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Crowdin has occasional glitches, like running very slowly, or failing to render the work correctly in a proper format for us workers to work on them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Crowdin provides an easy to use platform where I can work on translating strings in one language to another, and it also helps me by providing past strings so that I can compare them with the present ones to ensure consistency and accuracy in my work.
useful, interesting, but not very intuitive yet
What do you like best about the product?
I really like that all translations are centralized in one place, which makes it easier to collaborate with teammates.
It is convenient to manage different projects and language folders separately, so there is no confusion between tasks.
The built-in machine translation is surprisingly good, and it saves me time when preparing the first draft of translations.
I also appreciate the integration options with GitHub/GitLab, because they allow me to keep translations in sync with development.
The interface is clean and modern, and I enjoy that I can track progress for each language at a glance.

What do you dislike about the product?
Perhaps the most difficult thing is that the platform is not always intuitive, especially for new users.
The instructions and guides available inside Crowdin are helpful, but they don’t always explain the full process clearly.
For example, I struggled for quite a long time before I understood how to upload a file with strings for translation.
When I first started, some of the project settings and workflow options were confusing, and I needed support from colleagues to figure them out.
It would be great if the platform included more step-by-step onboarding or in-app tutorials for beginners.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Crowdin helps me keep all translations organized in one place instead of working with multiple files across different folders.
It solves the problem of version control, since I can always see the latest strings and avoid mixing up old and new content.
It also makes teamwork much easier — several translators can work on the same project simultaneously without conflicts.
The ability to manage many languages at once saves me a lot of time, because I don’t need to create separate spreadsheets or documents for each one.

Very effective tool
What do you like best about the product?
The UI is very user-friendly. Also, the TM feature is useful. it’s intuitive and easy to navigate, which makes onboarding and daily use smooth even for new users. The Translation Memory (TM) feature is also extremely helpful; it improves consistency across translations and significantly speeds up the localization process by suggesting previously translated content.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the main issues I’ve experienced with Crowdin is performance, particularly when handling longer strings. The platform can lag noticeably, which affects overall productivity. Long strings often take a while to load, and sometimes editing or saving them becomes slow or unresponsive. This can be frustrating when working on large projects with tight deadlines.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is facilitating the translation process. Features like Translation Memory, machine translation suggestions, glossary support, and real-time collaboration make the process faster and more consistent. It also helps maintain quality across different languages and projects, which is crucial for delivering a seamless global user experience
