What do you like best about the product?
It is basically a complete requirements management solution . It provides a complete structured specification documents , and let team gather , approve, validate and manage requirements.
What do you dislike about the product?
As far as I have explored this software is much useful and easy to use. It really provides structured approach which is efficient in solving problems. It is all together a complete set that one needs .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can use it for polarisation connector for jira to integrate the user stories and other backlog items. For QA we can use polarisation connector for HPALM or for Microsoft TFS
Tool for Test Management
What do you like best about the product?
Polarion provides traceability management between Requirements, Test Cases, Exploratory Testing, and Test Execution. Polarion can export the results to be exported in Microsoft Excel and pdf.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is challenging to create summary reports. It is also challenging to use previously created reports. It would be desirable to have sample reports that can be customized.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Polarion allows team members across the globe to review and approve test cases and test executions. Polarion supports a life cycle process from the creation of requirements, test requirements, test executions, and test reporting.
Polarion - Excellent Application for Requirements Management
What do you like best about the product?
It is beneficial when we can link all stages of requirements across multiple departments and project phases. The tool is also helpful with validation and traceability.
What do you dislike about the product?
No outstanding aspect that I dislike with the Polarion requirements tool
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Manage vehicle level, system level, functional safety requirements, along with DFMEA analysis and test cases for the automotive sector
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The Polarion Requirements application is a great tool and provides a much better platform to link different vehicle-level activities compared to older applications that have been in the market for quite some time.
Excellent issue management tool
What do you like best about the product?
It is a very user-friendly tool with easy learning curve. Offers a wide variety of options to filter, export and analyse the data in it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not as widely used as some other tools in its category.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am managing issues in the automotive sector and using it to report their status to the Quality department. Because of the wide spectrum of data that can be inserted, I am able to present an insightful analysis of the status of the issues I am handling.
Testing Tools
What do you like best about the product?
It is webased app, easy to use, deliver template to other peers. Easy to manage the reporting as well the information to be tested by using links to each test.
What do you dislike about the product?
Support team, take some time to response. With some auto answers services this could be solved. I give the headsup but no change at the end.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Payment Processes, gateways, etc..!!

To start into the automation and reporting testing result, this tool can be a good start

Unified enterprise application for development lifecycle in all stages like design , code and analysis

It is very useful to perform requirements management of the entire product line

I like it because it allows you to customize and implement your own agile development methodology. also gives you the option to control in "real time" the status of your development.

when making extensions or connections with other solutions has certain mishaps because it has a lack of documentation

It is a beneficial tool to use when carrying out projects, since it allows you to evaluate and detail the real state of how new projects are being carried out.

improve the capacity of document management thus enabling extensions or connections

excellent project tracking, and document review process for multiple participants and stakeholder reviewers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Fairly complex to set up and use, but that's also what makes it a powerful tool.

Not only managing and tracking engineering projects in process, but managing design ideas and feedback with stakeholder reviewers, and obtaining review of projects throughout the process.

What do you like best about the product?
clear stages and control of process and documents. visibility of status of any stage and document. Ability segment user levels.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a bit cumbersome to operate at times, due to the extent of controls.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
engineering product development process and handling of design review stages. It has helped us to improve clarity in design reviews and reduce confusion, smoothing the process toward more orderly and effective development.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
For my purposes, I find it a useful tool that provides the appropriate scope of information on our process and elements of the process, and ability to comment int that process.
