Successfully implemented ALM
What do you like best about the product?
Supports us in full requirements and tests traceability.
What do you dislike about the product?
Synchronization with other systems (Jira). API could be richer, not all manual stuff can be scripted.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our engineers are enriched with full req traceability. Reuse of projects /platforms gives us benefit to avoid double work.

some more advanced script runner in the user-interface like scriptrunner for jira
More efficient updates and technology modernization, to work more efficient and have a state of the art IT platform ( svn I would not rate as state of the art)
