Easy maintainability and seamless upgrade process

Documentation can be little more detailed especiallly with third party plugin details

Clashes with requirements gathering on products from Teamcenter.
Seems to need lots of config / JavaScript to do simple things, eg risk dropdown list from 1 to 10 doesn't understand these as values.

It's intuitive user interface and user friendliness

The poor integration to Teamcenter which makes it difficult to exchange artifacts between the two

Object Way Oriented WOW which helps in req and test case verification management.

Query for Searching is complicated using lucerne query

Polarion is solving traceability with requirements and test management which is cool. This helps to drilled down whether product requirements are met.

Performance bottlenecks, rich text editors sometimes produce strange formatting

Polarion has integration capability with another tools. this functionality provides end to end traceability. Polarion benefits about fewer error- save time

The possibility to customize and enhance the system.
What do you dislike about the product?
It was easy to implement a landscape. We miss some helping process routes, scenarios and architecture hints to create a more solid landscape without all possibilities to enhance, customize the whole landscape.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We merge some different applications in the whole landscape of Polarion to manage requirements, development of products in software case. So for now we use one application about some different processes in different business units.
