The use of Digibee enabled the dynamic integration of multiple systems and sectors, thus bringing greater efficiency to the company and improving operational and financial results.

Currently, there are no negative points to highlight, and the Digibee tool and team have been showing constant evolution.

Integration between systems and sectors; Automations and agility in the process of customer registration, billing, reconciliation.
Awesome tecnology and solution with a stellar team
What do you like best about the product?
We've done system integrations in months that would take a year or two to develop and implement. Not only the tecnology is great, but the Digibee team is fantastic. They definetly made the difference in our results.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing in particular. I guess they've done a pretty good job. Maybe we could be better prepared for the onboarding so it could be even faster than it was. This was not a problem at all and we started to see the results really fast.

What do you like best about the product?
As a user of the Digibee platform, I am extremely satisfied with the results obtained so far. The integration capability provided by the platform is impressive and has truly facilitated the connection between our various applications, services, and systems within the company.

Instability of the Logs, at times the log takes a while to appear

Integrating our systems easily, and it has a very good learning curve with our developers, taking much less time to train them and thereby generating value quickly.

A simple and practical method for any integration
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of integrating any tool with any other tool in an educational and visual way, without needing extensive technical knowledge or programming specialists for this. The ease of visualizing the logs and processes that have occurred is a great help for monitoring the progress of the integrations.
What do you dislike about the product?
For a few times, we had many changes in CSM and people, sometimes we were left without exactly knowing who to talk to at certain moments.

What do you like best about the product?
Digibee has powerful features to integrate various systems and technologies. This is very useful because its customers can quickly develop their integration solutions. Our development team doesn't have to worry about the technological aspects, its focus is only on the business problem that will be solved because the Digibee Platform provides all the technical components that we need.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think sometimes some changes should be more tested by the Digibee team before release, however, I understand that this is part of their continuous improvement process, so in my opinion this is not a big problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before using Digibee, I had problems monitoring and controlling all my APIs, their environments and their performance. Now have complete control over all aspects of my integration pipelines with alerts and dashboards to view the entire health of my environment, so I spend less time and resources doing this.

What do you like best about the product?
The easy way to integrate products, and i can say that all Digibee team work very hard with delivery quality and speed demands.
What do you dislike about the product?
Right now, i just can give an advice, Digibee could be more stable, because we work with a lot groups inside the company, and they can see how good is Digibee, so, shoulb more be careful with stability platform Digibee as all. When we have implantation, all the time Digibee should be involved working with the all team that is responsable in the company client, this way i believe that the stabilization can be better.
