A nimble and efficient platform for integrations
What do you like best about the product?
What pleases most about Digibee is its ease of development, a small team can quickly implement new integrations and improvements. The platform offers a wide variety of connectors that meet all the needs of integration projects, avoiding the need for custom code. The product team's support is very efficient, with quick responses in chat service. These points make Digibee a reliable and efficient solution for integration projects, providing agility, efficiency, and quality.
What do you dislike about the product?
The possibility of further customizing installations in a private cloud format, and integration with external password vaults to the platform. Another point is the possibility of segregating accounts and realms by specific machines, allowing greater access control when we talk about services instantiated in accounts outside the Digibee cluster.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Speed in the development of new integrations providing a much faster, simpler, and more effective modernization journey.

The cooperation of Digibee employees has been vital in the construction of our integration pipeline projects, their overall skills and domain that the team has of the platform is of very important in solving our business needs

Sometimes the support team doesn't have the necessary access to apply changes or redeploy pipelines in our environment.

Digibee is linking our business to the third party ecommerce platforms and as well improving some internal processes, regarding stocks and accounting processes.

Friendly and fast integration platform
What do you like best about the product?
The platform for Digibee development is visual, the pipeline is visual allowing a broad and quick view of the steps that are executed. It has many objects that allow configurations to be easily carried out. It uses JSON concepts. It provides documentation for each object.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I forget to click "Confirm" before leaving the object's configuration dialog. Having a warning asking if you want to exit without saving the configuration when clicking the object's close icon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Development of integrations between systems (data retrieval from multi-cloud APIs, field transformations, database access, log records) in a fast and visual manner.
We had a very good experience with Digibee both in terms of innovation and the quality of deliveries

What do you like best about the product?
The platform deserves recognition for its flexibility, meeting the many and different integration needs. Another standout point is the "low code" approach, which not only simplifies but also significantly accelerates the development process. Additionally, the partnership with Digibee professionals is exceptional, offering agile and efficient support to ensure continuous success.
What do you dislike about the product?
The structure used for the pipeline with RTUs caused some confusion at the beginning and some management problems, especially in the testing environment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had the mission to replace the previous middleware within an extremely aggressive timeframe, with Digibbe, in addition to being able to meet the expected date, we have a more robust and scalable solution.
