Digibee Integrations among SAP/Internal Applications with B2C and B2B Platforms and applications
What do you like best about the product?
Digibee covered needs of integration between ERP and Internal Applications with other External Applications in different Platforms, formats and standards as fors instance JSON, REST, SFTP, DataBase SQL, etc for B2B e B2C purposes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Digibee Cost model by Pipeline (Flow) it is a kind of expensive for the organization which difficultate use expansion for other integration flows and also the Cost/Hour of Digibee Dev Team is high
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integration among ERP (SAP) and external Platforms and Applications for B2C and B2B purposes

What do you like best about the product?
Digibee's platform provides you with training on how to use it to fit your integration needs, as well as cutomer service that is easily accessible and prompt to assist.
What do you dislike about the product?
For me, there was a learning curve. But, they offer trainings and have pre-recorded trainings that I was easily able to access.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Digibee for our business integrations.

What do you like best about the product?
Digibee's infrastructure built on utilizing containers allows me to focus on developing new integrations and not worrying about incoming data not being received. The interface is easy to use and provides all the tools I need. Being able to add custom Javascript provides the ability to introduce any custom logic that may be necessary.
Customer support is phenomenal. They are knowledgeable and are quick to help resolve any issues or questions that I have. They provide the knowledge to help me avoid issues in the future and provide solutions to the problem at hand. Such a great resource.
Digibee is also doing a terrific job integrating AI thoughtfully into the product. The ability to create documentation for a workflow with the press of a button is priceless. After using the feature many times, the accuracy has been spot on and most of the edits I have made are just to add a word here and there.

What do you dislike about the product?
My biggest issue with Digibee is using capsules. They have the potential to be very useful and powerful in building complex integrations, but I find their use limited currently. Thinking of them like functions, it is odd that you cannot use a capsule inside of another capsule.
Management of users and roles feels a little complex and unintuitive as well. It is good that they provide a set of users and groups out of the box, but when creating my own custom configurations, it has required a bit of trial and error to get them set up correctly.

Digibee is helping us connect customers and vendors to our software platform.
The experience has been great. Integration has been made simple and powerful.
What do you like best about the product?
I like how robust the platform is for processing JSON data. You are given more than enough resources to design integrations with low cost of ownership. The customer support feature is also awesome, especially for learners like me who learn best from having hands-on experience - customer support was there all the way to assist me with small things that helped me get comfortable with the platform very quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Other than the fact that the platform is only native to Chrome, I do not have any other complaints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Digibee is assisting us in writing EDI data from customers into our AS400 TMS. This project would have otherwise been a complicated and heavy project without the Digibee platform.
Wonderful Experience Regarding API Orquestration and Devlopment
What do you like best about the product?
Easy-to-build and deploy APIs. Digibee works well with various file types and applications. The support team is very good and has a lot of training material available.
What do you dislike about the product?
It should have better monitoring with DashBoards, data export possibilities for analysis and operational alerts.

It is helping us to flexible and fast in devloping API's to meet our customer needs.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have integrations with different players in the healthcare sector: hospitals, laboratories, and health insurance companies. In the exchange of information with these players, we have many different message standards. With Digibee, we have the ease of transforming the different standards into one that meets our internal solutions.

Technical support demands too much information before really working on solution.

Digibee has been an asset for OOBE. We at OOBE want a "partner", not just another "vendor".
What do you dislike about the product?
I have found nothing to dislike about the Digibee team. Paula, Amaro, Caio and Amanda have done amazing for OOBE.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Digibee has helped OOBE to deploy several integration solutions. At this point, our IT team is somewhat constrained around resources and integration acumen, but Digibee has stepped into the gaps for OOBE and helped tremendously.

Top notch service & sleek modern UI
What do you like best about the product?
The tool itself is so easy to use once you get the hang of it. When you live in a platform every day for months at a time, you don't want to feel like you're stuck in an old legacy platform. Digibee feels fresh and modern. Big congrats to the team that built it for considering the user experience as much as the functionality.
What do you dislike about the product?
Digibee puts a lot of effort into their training materials however it can be a little confusing if you don't already have some prior experience. Having said that, I do think this is one of the easiest platforms to learn.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using Digibee has helped us bridge our internal systems together so that employee data, financial data, and project data stay in sync. As an example, there used to be a lot of manual maintenance to keep employee records up to date across systems. Now, we have automated those processes using Digibee and removed many potential fail points along the way which saves time, money and unnecessary troubleshooting.
