What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have integrations with different players in the healthcare sector: hospitals, laboratories, and health plans. In the exchange of information with these players, we have many different message standards. With Digibee, we have the ease of transforming the different standards into one that meets our internal solutions.

Integration of systems. And in addition to all the convenience of low code, it helps in the optimization and processing of data.

What do you like best about the product?
A very well-structured tool, easy to use and integrate, in this structure we have it as an orchestrator of integrations and we will delve even deeper into its use in 2024 with new solutions and connectors that are constantly evolving. Support and documentation are always at a high level, often guiding during development.
What do you dislike about the product?
A point that does not exist today and needs to be improved is having a way to visualize the difference between versions of the same Pipeline, so it becomes quickly visible what changes are being sent to the test or production environment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Digibee, we can focus our efforts on solving business problems, concentrating on our "core" logic, using with safety and confidence all the support of the tools that make up the entire platform environment.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about the Digibee platform is that it allows the developer to focus on business rules. It already provides reusable components for all the technical details, which facilitate the construction of integrations. The Digibee support team is also fantastic, assisting us in an agile and assertive manner.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far. The platform appears safe and reliable.

- Processing time of integrations. We managed to reduce the processing time of one of the largest integrations by more than 90%.
- Comprehensive platform documentation.
Online material with a wide range of content. The training, complemented by the offered materials, provided us with good conceptual references about the platform.

- Exposure of resources for monitoring the Digibee environment (container, VPN, etc.).
Digibee has been improving a lot in this aspect, however, we still miss mechanisms to be able to monitor the resources on the Platform side.
- Lack of technical resource for performing merge. The merge actions between different pipeline versions require manual actions (management and operation).
- Lack of an (explicit) development environment.
Conceptually, 2 environments are provided in Digibee (TEST and PRODUCTION). In the "Dev" environment (which would be the Canvas), only editing and debugging of the flow is allowed. With this, it is not possible to perform pre-validations of integration with other systems, for example.

Implementation time for integrations. We managed to eliminate bureaucratic issues related to infrastructure preparation (physical and systemic preparation of servers, installation of complementary applications, etc.), in addition to the implementation and publication process of integration flows being very simplified, thus bringing a lot of agility.

What do you like best about the product?
What pleases most about Digibee is its ease of development; a small team can quickly implement new integrations and improvements. The platform offers a wide variety of connectors that meet all the needs of integration projects, avoiding the need for custom code. The product team's support is very efficient, with quick responses in chat service. These points make Digibee a reliable and efficient solution for integration projects, providing agility, efficiency, and quality.
What do you dislike about the product?
The possibility of further customizing installations in a private cloud format, and integration with external password vaults to the platform. Another point is the possibility of segregating accounts and realms by specific machines, allowing greater access control when we talk about services instantiated in accounts outside the Digibee cluster.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Speed in the development of new integrations providing a much faster, simpler, and more effective modernization journey.
Friendly and fast integration platform
What do you like best about the product?
The platform for Digibee development is visual, the pipeline is visual allowing a broad and quick view of the steps that are executed. It has many objects that allow configurations to be easily performed. It uses JSON concepts. It provides documentation for each object.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I forget to click "Confirm" before exiting the object configuration dialog. Have a warning asking if you want to exit without saving the configuration when clicking the object's close icon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Development of integrations between systems (data retrieval from APIs of various clouds, field transformations, database access, log records) quickly and visually.
