What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use. Ease of Implementation. Stellar support team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I havent been able to identify any downsides yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows the infrastructure team to focus on other more critical tasks. It has a low requirement of care and feeding.

The Most Effective Email Security Solution
What do you like best about the product?
Proofpoint has the most complete and effective vision for email security, backed by a support organization that is knowledgeable and responsive.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice if the product could integrate a little better with other Proofpoint products as well as non-Proofpoint products. Also, the reporting is a bit lacking but this will improve over time as more services are migrated to cloud-native environments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Protecting our organization from the latest threats and keeping our environment more secure.
Large Number of Features
What do you like best about the product?
There is a huge number of features that we were able to levage after moving to proofpoint. We also were able to decrease the number of threats going to our end users.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are too many portals and it some times confusing which to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Decrease the number of threats going to our end users and allow legitamite emails.

What do you like best about the product?
The Proofpoint product covers all aspects of email security and complinace to prevent bad actors from intercepting and phishing.
What do you dislike about the product?
No real time insights intu secruty posture, requires additional 3rd party software for secure environment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Improved security posture along with additional software capabilities. Would like more help with malware

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite part about the proofpoint email protection is the amount of vetted feeds from high quality sources catching 90+ percent of bad emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
The configuration of the nested and depencencies while using PPS policy routes can become very complex very quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Proofpoint Email Security and Protection has decreased the amount of unsolicited email and malicious emails that are successfully delivered.

The best part of this tool includes the ability to reduce risk of data breaches.

The configuration process is a bit complex

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use is the best, the search capabilities with how easy they are is a life saver. Theres enough stuff in the day to do that being able to go into it and it be that usable and easy is amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
NA, i have had no complaints since using it. which is surprising.
