What do you like best about the product?
Market leader when it comes to email security
What do you dislike about the product?
Many admin features still under old admin dashboard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It blocks malicious email and prevents spam from our users.

Centralize email protection for all our email tenants. Apply customization in a single location
Proofpoint Email Security is easy to configure and has great customer support

It is easy to set up and configure. When I need help proofpoint is always willing to get on a call and work with use

The only downside is sometime the secure send emails can take upto 5 mintues to be aviable.

Proofpoint is the only real choice.
What do you like best about the product?
Proofpoint Email Protection is the first line of defence for all our email traffic. This normally would be a heavy lift, with proofpoint this makes protecting emails a whole lot easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no draw backs to having proofpoint protection for email.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Proofpoint helps stops threats and midigate risk for all of our users.
If you choose Proofpoint Email Security and Protection you won't be disappointed.
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to setup and ease of use. Our PP team was very knowledgable and assisted us when we have questions or concerns. They were very professional.
What do you dislike about the product?
At this stage of the PP lifecycle we haven't come across anything negative about the product.

DLP and a secure way to transmit confidential data.
Solid Enterprise Product
What do you like best about the product?
Proofpoint Email Security and Protection is a solid enterprise product with a proven track records as an industry leader.
What do you dislike about the product?
Custom integration is an area that needs improvement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Email security
Comprehensive Email protection suite and TAP
What do you like best about the product?
TAP and ZAP features that beat the competitors to the market, Ease of implementation and first in class spam and email filtering technology. ProofPOint has been the market leader in my opinion for email protection for quite a while and continue to remain excellent in doing so.
What do you dislike about the product?
Complex administration, admin panels could be improved for easier navigation. Requires dedicated engineering at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
External email identification, TAP/ZAP features to remove malicious files faster than the competition, URL filtering
Proofpoint Email Security good overall product work still needs to be done for efficacy
What do you like best about the product?
Highly easy to use product that works as intended, albeit a caveat. The product is policy based and as long as customer meets the recommended policy setting customers should be covered from common email based threats.
What do you dislike about the product?
The simplistic or traditional signature based detections may be harming the product. The next iteration with AI capabilities seem skeptical but am looking forward to it optimistically.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As intended, the product provides protection from common email based attacks such as phishing and BEC. Also does a fairly good job with spam email.
