Great email protection tool
What do you like best about the product?
The peace of mind of getting the emails blocked that can cause mayhem to our place of work
What do you dislike about the product?
The link to AD for endusers to access their blocked emails with their current AD password is intermittent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Blocking malicious emails and filtering out external ads and unwanted emails

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Proofpoint Email Security and Protection is its advanced threat detection capabilities—especially URL and attachment sandboxing, real-time protection against phishing and BEC attacks, and the granular visibility it provides into targeted threats and user risk. It's a robust, enterprise-grade solution that helps security teams stay ahead of evolving email threats.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Proofpoint Email Security and Protection is solving the problem of phishing, BEC, and malware-laden emails by using advanced threat detection, URL rewriting, and attachment sandboxing. This benefits us by reducing the risk of data breaches, protecting high-value users, and improving overall email security posture with actionable threat intelligence.
Powerful Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Once the engineers got us set up, we have pretty much "set and forget it". Their customer support is also spot on any time we need to be reminded how to set up exceptions.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is less of a GUI than on some other tools and the rules need to be set across multiple facets in order to properly work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps to vet email attachments and links that are sent to the organization. It can block spam and other unwanted bulk emails.
Works well and integrates well with other apps.

I like the security awareness training programs

Sometimes it takes a while to get a hold of reps that help us as a partner.

Helps companies have a more robust security

I like the security it offers through all its layers of protection. It reduces our risk exponentially.

In Spanish I’m not sure how effective it is at detecting.

Proofpoint Email Security has the best hassle-free user interface. It allows users to do their phishing analysis/investigation in a very effective way. Proofpoint Email Security offers an easy-to-use interface for effective phishing analysis and investigation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Proofpoint admin portal sucks. If you are searching any email, URL, attachments, or files you will not have the correct result, or sometimes nothing comes after giving the correct values too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Proofpoint email security solution giving us the better result on phishing email analysis, email security gateways. In our environment its implemented in a very efficient way so most of the time phishing, spoofed, and malicious attachment related emails automatically contained by Proofpoint itself. so we did need to provide any extra efforts to investigate it. We have implemented some use-cases and integrated with SIEM & ticketing tool.
