Great partner for international gift voucher access

What do you like best about the product?
Large selection of gift vouchers in different countries. Quick and friendly client service and support. Clear and simple User Interface, easy to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I would change - is currency management. If you want to provide gift vouchers in various currencies, you have to make different transfers and keep these deposits in WeGift accounts. It would be much easier just to do the conversion in one account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
WeGift provides easy access to many brands in various countries and makes gift coupons available to our clients instantly through integration.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to send gift cards to our teammates, especially in bulk.

I dislike the available options for small businesses.

WeGift is making it easy for us to send gift cards to our whole team, which saves us time.

What do you like best about the product?
- WeGift doesn't require a subscription, so you pay only for gift cards
- Good range of supported countries (better than other competitors I know about)
- You can send gift cards via email as well as a link
- Intuitive interface

Overall, this is the best gift card sending tool I've found!
What do you dislike about the product?
Most customers prefer Amazon gift cards, but they aren't available in the tool for some countries. It would be great to have this option for all countries where Amazon has local brunches.

Also, some information is not obvious to me, it could be explained better. For example, I don't understand how much time our customers have to get a reward after we share a link.

Otherwise a great tool!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a product team, we run a lot of customer research, and sometimes we need to reward customers for their time.
WeGift helps make a rewarding process much easier for us because instead of using multiple tools for different countries we can use only one.
It's easy for us, it's easy for the finance team, and it's easy for customers.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use. The employee can actually split up amounts and choose the retail vendor. One other really great perk, it is instant to go to the employee through email, so they can use right away. The visa/mastercard gift cards do not have an extra fee, this saves money. The customer service rep that signed us up was amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found anything that I dislike yet. I would like to have a general log in so I can share with my other leadership team members so they can utilize the program as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Building a positive morale for the team members. Recognition has been a barrier in the past because of time and inefficiencies. The ease to pull receipts and stay organized helps out when purchasing gift cards. I don't have to run to the store and pay extra for gift cards.

What do you like best about the product?
Sam was very helpful and understood the issues we are trying to resolve and has provided a contract proposal that looks to meet both our needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, all my questions and concerns have been addressed.

Reduction of the SAAS fee whilst we have a tech issue with our API connection

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use on the backend from a client perspective and ease of use from a consumer perspective. The user interface for consumers is easy to navigate through and redeem for relevant brand.
What do you dislike about the product?
Client Perspective - Additional reports are required to show further platform engagement and redemptions. Along with information with client-side would find very beneficial.

Greater comms is appreciative in regard to upcoming brands. However, this is sometimes not followed through when the brands are live. Greater bespoke comms for UK market would be beneficial.

What do you like best about the product?
The portal is SO user-friendly! We barely have to contact wegift for assistance because the portal is so competent, we can very easily track and send vouchers and do absolutely everything we need to. Previously we have used other suppliers whose portal didn't even compare in terms of quality of service and meeting our needs and contact with them was very frequent so it's very refreshing to have this service.
I also really like how there are no delays in our float being topped up when we process top-ups - this really helps as the stuff we do can be very reactivate and need quick turn arounds.
Lastly, everyone we've worked with at wegift has been incredibly lovely and helpful people!
What do you dislike about the product?
My only current downfall is simply that we aren't using it enough but that is down to the energy industry. I genuinely can't think of anything we'd want that isn't already provided or anything we would improve - our needs and wants are met.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previously as a company, we've been constrained to what promotional vouchers we can offer customers but with wegift we have a whole range, meaning we can target a range of customers. We also have been at a loss previously because we could not resend vouchers in the manner we can on the wegift portal. From a customer service point of view, it's also allowed us to get back to customers so quickly because there are no delays in money becoming available to use, not having the request wegift resend vouchers for us and having the ability to break and resend, track and report.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the WeGift platform and, in particular, the facility to be able to track the customer's vouchers and see if they've opened, claimed the voucher etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only issue I've found recently is the platform has been a little slower, especially when uploading a bulk upload request. However, this doesn't have a significant impact on my use of WeGift, and I would still highly recommend WeGift.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a company, we can track exactly when our customers have opened and downloaded their vouchers, which stops us from sending duplicate vouchers and saves our business money. Also for us, being able to send the vouchers ourselves in a timescale that we want, and not having to wait and rely on a third party to do this for us has helped massivley, which reduces our complaints as customers do not have to wait for additional time to receive their vouchers.

What do you like best about the product?
Very intuitive and easy-to-use platform. Managed to sign up and start sending gift cards in just one day. Would definitely recommend WeGift to companies that are looking for an easy solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
Didn't have any downsides so far, all is going well.
