A good solution but could be better
What do you like best about the product?
The choice of gift cards and the UK-based support. It integrates well with our product and the vouchers are conveniently delivered via email to our end users.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited actual availability of vouchers. Told at last minute there are minimum order requirements for some gift cards which to us defeats the point of immediate voucher redemption via API.
Significant downtime recently whereby a number of vouchers were not delivered, yet WeGift told our client's end users to ask the client for a refund when infact the issue was with WeGift.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reward fulfilment for our clients loyalty programs via an API integration.
We have WeGift as a strategic partner and we are very satisfied with the partnership.
What do you like best about the product?
The client support team is always present when we need it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of strategic brands for us like Victoria's Secrets, Michael Kors and Tommy Hilfiger.

We sell gift cards from American Stores to Brazillians. With WeGift the issueing process is easy and seamless for our clients.

Wegift is a good partner in terms of their catalogue handling. Keys of Brand details can be found all in one place.

Wallet balance cannot be allocated on users preference in the portal.

What do you like best about the product?
Great way of sourcing different types of giftcards and vouchers for my clients.

Nothing specifically to dislike about WeGift

WeGift allows me to easily recommend that my clients should give away vouchers for their referral scheme

What do you like best about the product?
WeGift has such a fantastic selection of rewards across all categories and in many regions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Getting new rewards can sometimes be a bit of an arduous process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
WeGift enables us to provide a wide selection of rewards to our end users that, without, would take a long time to source and deliver.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy the Wegift platform is to navigate, the bredth of GC's within the UK, which is our biggesest market. What I really love is the account management and how they strive to go above and beyond.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd love to see more GC's in other countries and more tier 1 brands, but I know they are working on this. Deeper discouts are always nice :)

WeGift provide us with a global solution, this helps me save time sourcing directly.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to work with and provides flexibility for clients who work with various currencies.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to note at this point. Perhaps, they can improve their exposure.

Offers clients an alternative reward that most of their customers would deem as accessabile and interesting.

What do you like best about the product?
My clients have all had positive experiences using WeGift - easy setup and gives them a lot of flexibility to offer their customers 3rd party vouchers. Offers a lot of different currencies which is an additional benefit for my clients who are live in multiple countries.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as far as I'm aware, I've had no complaints from any of my clients who have signed up to use WeGift.
