EVERYONE Loves WeGift
What do you like best about the product?
I send WeGifts to my employees monthly, not just to show my appreciation when someone goes above and beyond. But also for my employee's birthdays and work anniversaries. They love the ability to pick a brand of their choice within minutes of getting the email from me. I also like how easy it is to make the order. I do not have to go to the store after hours or figure out what they like!
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing i have found on WeGift that i do not like--- and i can say the same for my employees.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using Wegifts is solving me to not take the time out of my evening to stop at a store and buy gift cards for my employees, as well as think about which store they would like the most. Iam able to order many gift cards at a time and still be able to send a personal message with the link in the email.
An Easy Platform with Lots of Options
What do you like best about the product?
I like that WeGift has a large selection of vendors for gift cards!
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not had any issues with the WeGift platform. It has worked as it is intended every time I've used it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows our company to send gift cards to our employees, customers, and HR experts!
Great easy product to use for your clients, members or employees
What do you like best about the product?
How simple it is to use - our travel agents love getting these each month having the agents have the choice of suppliers to pick from has really gained popularity with our agents.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to do multiple orders in 1 order - if its a different amount it must be done separately ... we send out different amounts based on the participation so that slows my process down.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
its a 1 stop shop for my monthly prizes that we give away to our travel agent members for watching our webinars - very easy and quick to use. Well received by the agents as well
WeGift is a True Partner
What do you like best about the product?
WeGift is easy to use and has an API we can connect with for our marketplace. Alice, our Account Manager, is amazing and very responsive. She makes it easy to do business with her on a weekly basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have had a great experience with WeGift.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
WeGift allows us to offer multiple competitive options for users to select on our Corporate Marketplace.
Very efficient and easy to navigate
What do you like best about the product?
The site is very easy ti avigate through the different sections, the variety of vouchers is excellent because it means we can cater for all different needs. It is a very quick and simple process or place orders.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the security checking abilities are long winded and could be easy to miss something major. The back buttons also don't work properly and can kick you out of the order before you've made a note of the necessary details.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
WeGift are allowing our customers the freedom of buying whatever they want through vouchers rather than specific products that perhaps we aren't able to stock ourselves.
Very easy ordering process
What do you like best about the product?
The fast top-ups and the possibilty to keep an eye on their stocks

The slowness of the CS (more than a week sometimes)

Great platform. So much better than the traditional players
What do you like best about the product?
We have integrated with other gift card platforms and wish we had found WeGift sooner. Their APIs are well-documented, and we got up and running very quickly. The back-end interface is easy to use and helps us keep on top of things. We have also been delighted with the account management and support.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no issues. We have been very happy, and their support has helped whenever we have got stuck.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a solution to help power our gift card offering, and WeGift has been a great partner. They have allowed us to offer gift cards across multiple markets with ease.
A Great Gift Card Option
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can give people, especially coworkers that I don't know well, many options at once. I also love that I can narrow things down in a specific 'genre' of gift, like all the restaurant delivery options at once but also add in boxed dinners and grocery delivery, making it specific but someone could choose what works best for them.
What do you dislike about the product?
My least favorite thing is, at the time of this review, there is no option to schedule the delivery of emailed orders, so I have an additional step of scheduling my own email with the link...for several hundred employees' birthdays a year.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was trying to solve the 'always buying amazon gift card' when not everyone loves it problem, as well as giving international options!
Great Partner
What do you like best about the product?
They're forward thinking and constantly expanding their offering. unlike some other major players in the space they value client support above all.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maintaining multiple balances can be cumbersome but it works. Brand approval process doesn't always move along as fast as we'd like

They are filling a number of holes in our catalogue with the variety of countries and brands that they offer
Don't know how I managed before!
What do you like best about the product?
-Love being able to self serve invoices, uploads, and analytics. I'm obsessed with seeing what my customers spend their vouchers on! With my old supplier, I had to send the customer data to the ops team via the sales team which didn't feel secure and was slow, plus we couldn't cancel or resend vouchers.
-I think the platform looks really nice for customers.

What do you dislike about the product?
Not exactly a downside, but I wish I could use a branded email template for bulk upload, since I send all my vouchers this way. Also would be easier on my end if I could pay by card without a charge. It's also been slow to get some of the major retailers approved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can give customers cash-like non-taxable rewards for referrals rather than dedicating ourselves to one retailer (we used to use Amazon). Much better customer experience to have multi choice and much better experience for me because its self-serve.
