What do you like best about the product?
Riskprofiler is a complete solution for external attack surface management. It's easy to integrate and implement, the dashboard offers great accessibility and one stop view for all threat posture. We received real time alerts on any change in threat profile, prompting faster action. Their support team has been great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our team did not find any major issue with the platform or individual products.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The EASM and dark web threat intelligence helped us get notified of hidden gaps and attack strains in real time. They monitor on coming traffic, which helped us detect and prevent attack possibilities on time. We could also detect orphaned account and domains to properly discontinue the services. The brand protection tool helped us detect and take down fake apps and websites with fast notice.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform offers continuous monitoring of external system, open source databases, darkweb spaces, and surface web to gather rist updates. It sends alerts of detected threads instantly and can offer audit reports even on daily basis. It is easy to use and implement, their team provided continuous support and guidance for setup and use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The solution can be at times difficult to use for nontechnical members.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need a complete solutions to secure our system and client data from external threats, leaks, impersontion, brand abuse. Riskprofiler helped us protects our attack surface along with the vendor system from potential misconfiguration and shadow it issues.

What do you like best about the product?
The solution is easy to integrate with our existing tools and software. The platform is feature heavy offers access into monitoring external threat exposure along with brand monitoring, identity intelligence, vendor security monitoring, and vulnerability management, their customer support is good and sends quick response to queries, the implementation can be completed in less than an hour.It's accessible dashboard makes it easy for threat posture monitoring.
What do you dislike about the product?
I or my team did not find any particular issue with their platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The solution helped us discover unregistered assets and maintain an updated internet inventory. Our team can track and manage security gaps on time without losing crucial period for threat detection. The solution also helped us to detect misconfiguration and repositories leaks with precision. The TPRM solution is particularly beneficial in managing vendor threats and secure gaps even in fourth party security eco system.

What do you like best about the product?
Riskprofiler offers fast on boarding, the initial integration setup took less than 30 minutes. They monitor threat posture continuously and updates on the changes in security profile accordingly. The solution comes with easy and multiple integration options with user friendly dashboard. Their customer support team were professional with their timely responses.
What do you dislike about the product?
I did't find much to dislike. But the solution can be complex for a users little to no technical expertise.

The solution provided us with detailed outlook into our API and S3 bucket misconfiguration helping us secure the openings. It also allows fast detection of shadow IT assets and abandoned tech. Their vendor risk management solution offers optimal view into supply chain security profile. The platform is also good for brand abuse management.

There audit reports are context based making it easier to understand.The threat intelligence solution monitors our network continuously offering ontime detection and fast mitigation . The dashboard is easy to access and user friendly helping user stay upto date with threat posture. The solution also detects data leaks really fast. Helping us secure the vulnerabilities promptly. The solution comes with number of integration options and are easy to integrate and offers fast onboarding process. Their customer support has been really helpful with faster insightful response to all the quiries.

The RiskProfiler platform automates the mitigation workflow for faster threat containment and remediation. It helps us detect typosquat comments and data leaks on time for faster response and takedown and improved access management.

What do you like best about the product?
They did a fantastic and accurate threat analysis. Vulnerability intelligence with accurate facts and history was sent to us. The dashboard user interface is quite accessible. Their alert system is precise, succinct, and only notifies users of significant breaches or leaks. There are no false positives displayed by them. Reports are accurate and detailed. The support staff is very professional and provides prompt responses.

At first, the integration appeared complicated.

Maps the possible routes of attack, assisting us in identifying and protecting possible weaknesses. They effectively track and mitigate domain and product impersonation and fabrication using their threat intelligence. Additionally, it has been quite beneficial for compliance management.

The URL analyzer has been a great help in discovering indicators around an attack and tracking IPs, and domain information. The Vendor risk questionnaire streamlines security assessment, making the threat identification and remediation process more manageable.

The solution includes a number of user-friendly dashboards for tracking particular security threats. It is simple to keep an eye on the EASM, brand risk, and security rating data. We were also able to monitor vendor communications, mitigation progress, and questionnaire status on their dashboard. It enabled us to keep an eye on our high-risk vendors' security status, threats, and remediation strategy in real time. The remediation process is more effective because of the risk rating and prioritization. For a complete security setup, they also provide a variety of integration choices for various tools and services utilized in your company.
